Thor: Faulty product, worse customer support.
I bought a Thor above the range microwave and after ~ 3 months, the exhaust fan made a terrible grinding noise and then the exhaust fan completely died. Thor sent a local appliance repair (who was wonderful) and it needs a replacement exhaust fan and part got ordered Jan 19. I received a note from Thor support that the part was backordered (already frustrating). On Feb 19th I got a follow up that it was back in stock and they'd let me know when they had a tracking # to share. It is now April 8th and it still hasn't shipped and I followed up 3 times and the reply is always, "sorry for the frustration, we'll look into it"....and nothing further. DO NOT BUY THOR
