They are amazing but shipping is not good 3weeks

I ordered some ski pants on 29th January 2026. After 4 weeks I contacted Threads via their online form to ask for an update. I received a response explaining that I would receive an update on the delivery. No details were provided and they are no longer responding. It is now 10th March and I have not heard back after multiple emails and contacting them via their website.
I suspect they are either going bust or are this is a fraudulent site. It

Agree with others that if you don't live in Canada - do not order from Threads Clothing. The order will take months if you're lucky enough to ever receive it. In my case, ordered 2 pairs of snow pants in mid-Nov. Couldn't get a straight answer for weeks about the status (was told several times they were shipped which was a lie), I finally received a notice mid-Feb from UPS that I needed to pay $82 in duties to receive package (or $72 if I paid immediately). When it finally arrived, there was only one pair of pants (instead of the 2 that I paid for and was told had been shipped). In the end I paid $180 (taxes + shipping charges + duty fees) for a pair of $89 pants. If I could go back in time with the knowledge I have now I NEVER would have ordered these pants. Take your $200 and buy something else.
(I did get refunded the 2nd pair of pants that were never shipped but am pissed that I paid $82 shipping fees for only 1 pair of pants - and the fact that I have to deal with the wrath of one of my teenagers that after waiting 3 1/2 months has no pants for our ski trip next week)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN CANADA!

They do not mention that there is a very high customs fee ($62 in our case), due upon delivery, that you will be on the hook for if you live in the US. Total BS. They won't refund my order. Liars and scumbags.

Order never arrived, no refund, no contact, nothing. They have received 5 mails from me but they just ignored me. NEVER BUY THERE!

Item paid for in early November. Now mid January and still not received. No response from customer services.

Ordered on Nov 28. It's February 5 and still not arrived. No reply from customer service.

Shipping took a bit but the quality is insane, very warm and 20k waterproof.
I use it for 2 years now haha

Took almost 2 months to get them but really good quality

One of the best baggy skipants i bought. Awsome quality and very warm. The only bad thing was the shipping witch took a while but it was definitely worth it👍
