This is a cash for comment company, they ask you for money and if you don’t pay they reduce your star rating. When you ask how the rating is worked out you, noting that they don’t seem to have any feedback available to read from the 100+ supposed reviews you can’t even view, you just get the line that it is their intellectual property. Scam site!

I appreciate you initiating this conversation on May 9, 2023, as it gives us the opportunity to address any misunderstandings.
Regarding your concern about us being a "cash for comment company," I want to clarify that we do not charge for the listing process. The fact that your business has been listed on Threebestrated since 2016 serves as evidence that we have never requested payment for your listing. I understand your frustration regarding the presence of other businesses listed alongside yours.
Please note that you have sent multiple emails starting from May 9, 2023 and we have given you detailed responses on May 11, 12 & 15th despite giving you clarifications to your questions, you have been comparing "Kip Mcgrath Education Centre" business with yours regardless of the difference we have explained continuously in our conversations.
In our email conversation, you also mentioned "why you have a private tutor by the name of Bendigo Maths Tutor, working from home listed as a ‘well known tutoring centre’, as it's from somebody's home and having friends write reviews that a third party shares makes your information look suspicious. We are assuming she paid you money to publish misleading information and change our rating from 5 stars?"
I want to assure you that at Threebestrated, we conduct a thorough evaluation of businesses, considering factors such as reputation, history, complaints, ratings, proximity, satisfaction, trust, cost, general excellence, reviews, and more. Similar to other businesses, we have specific criteria in place to assess the value proposition we offer.
