When I phoned customer service I was greeted with knowledge and kindness!!!. Three ships is the best!

I’ve been using these natural, clean skincare products for a while now and I absolutely love them. My skin feels healthier, more balanced, and I love knowing I’m using ingredients I can trust. On top of that, their customer service is incredible—so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. It really makes the whole experience even better.

I purchased BOOSt to try to lighten up dark spots on my face. It is still early to tell if it will help. I had to ask when to use it and Julie responded the very next day. I'm loving the products, my face feels clean.

Their products are the only thing that has worked for my skin in some time. I tried their sample kit and really loved the bestsellers. They also have great customer service and are true to their guarantee if something doesn’t not work out. I give them lots of credit for good communication, that really helps when trying a new brand.

I love the products and have made several purchases in the last year and a half. This past week I contacted them and had the best experience with an online company's customer service that I've ever had! I had an issue with an order but forgot about it, and moved on with life. Months later, I finally remembered to contact them, and I was certain it was a lost cause. Instead, I received a response within 24 hours! AND they went above and beyond to resolve the issue and immediately sent a replacement product! I was already a repeat customer due to how much I love their skin care line. However after this experience, I wanted to write a review to commend Three Ship's on their superior customer service!

Run into an issue with my address & was worries that it will not get to me in time or will be delayed. So I quickly emailed the email address that provided in my confirmation order. Sent them an email & got a reply back the same day within an hour. I was relieved that we can reach out to someone immediately. We corresponded in a timely manner & my issue was resolved quickly. Which gave me a peace of mind that my order is in good hands. Was impressed by their efficiency & the fact they privided an email to go to when you run into any issues. I hope they continue to provide excellent service throughout. This gave me confidence that this will be a good company to give my business to & will not give me a run around.

I have been purchasing their products for a few years now, it’s the best products I have ever used on my face. But I keep coming back for the incredible customer service. Best company I have ever dealt with. I truly can’t stop telling people to buy their products it’s amazing.

My experience with Three Ships is 5+ stars. Their products are very good, and if you have an issue, their Customer Service is top notch! There are many ways to earn rewards points and sales that make the cost actually reasonable. A big plus is that Three Ships is Canadian.

First of all, love the fact that this is a clean skin care company. They provide great tips on how to use the products and when. The pricing is not outrageous. They have a great rewards program. I had a question regarding whether I received the right discount and they looked into it in a timely manner (it was my fault).

This is the third time I received a product with almost a third contents missing. This was the Skin Hero serum. Right out of the box, you can see (there is clear section indicating product inside) a substantial amount is missing. This product line is not inexpensive. The packaging in some of their facial creams is not ideal either. A lot of product wasted. I usually buy from an online retailer (and will post the picture there). There are only a few I can use, as most make my skin break out. As many mentioned on another review page, this line is better suited to younger skin. But I refuse to pay for a bottle that has contents missing. There are many great, clean product lines out there that are also Canadian.

The quick response back & solving my problem.

I really had high hopes for the eye cream due to my dark circles and eye bags. After a week of using it, it has not helped at all! As a matter of fact, my eye bags are even more prominent in the morning.

Three Ships products are the best I’ve ever tried and are ethical, sustainable snd affordable. My skin has never looked so good. I’m so happy they’re a Canadian company; another positive reason for buying their products!

My face is naturally more hydrated and the wrinkles have minimized. Stay true to your facial routine morning and evening and you will find that you will get an age-appropriate look that looks more healthy.

Really enjoying the products . My face no longer has a “tight” feel . I especially love the cleanser . I also had helpful efficient service when I was unable to access a discount code .

I have used Three Ships two times now and already see a difference. Upon waking in the morning, my skin looks hydrated and this is huge for me. My skin feels wonderful after using this product. I think the starter kit is genious. Now that I have sampled, I will definately purchase more. Thank you!
