Zero stars. Item not received. Taken full payment. Did not respond to my email. No product. No refund. Appalling.

Total scam - I ordered a dog bed and nothing for months, the help email didn't even have the right spelling and now the website is down. 110% SCAM I bought from seeing an ad on Instagram.

This company is a total joke!!! I order a dog bed in February and to this date I still haven't gotten my bed. I was emailing these punks, but they stop responding smh totally upset. So do not fool with these folks .

These crooks don't actually ship what was ordered and PAID FOR! TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!
AVOID THESE THIEVES LIKE THE PLAGUE.
No response from emails and shop page is now dead. Reported to my card fraud alerts.

I ordered from their site worth USD 86 in December 2019 and I didn’t get my items till to date. Similar like others, I emailed them and no response since February 2020. How do we bring this type of company to justice?

Fraudulent company!! Ordered $200 worth of masks for health care workers in early Feb. They took the money, yet never received masks and there is no way to contact them. Website no longer exists. They need to be brought to justice!

they need to be reported to authorities and I plan on contacting local news station to find these scam artists I have the address @thundershop

I was given your site by a Physician before the Pandemic was announced on February 28th to purchase the best mask for Covid-19. I ordered your product yet never received the item. Thought perhaps it was part of the global need and just could not fulfill my order. I finally saw the charge on a credit card statement for April yet still had not received the product. No email from the Company stating delay, I went on the website to see if it was en-route yet the website was down. I contacted my credit card and disputed the charge.

Ordered a Nebulight. Payed 43 USD for it. Now more than 2 months ago. Never replied to my messages. Very much looks like a scam indeed. Their websites are down.

They took my money for 2 mask and have not provided the products.

i went on their site and it redirected to a store called waybrooks. the redirect is gone but i ordered an item from waybrooks and got it. i actually inquired about why they had the thundershop redirect to them and they said they bought it from them but they found out that thundershop ran a ponzi scheme of sorts so they dropped the name. i recommend waybrooks though everything with them has been legit so far, all the way to tracking and delivery.

Took my money for 1 mask, never got anything but stall emails. I hope they get prosecuted. Alert BBB

The ONLY reason they get a one star is because you can't voice your opinion without a rating. I ordered the breakfast flip cooker in early February, never heard from them, wrote several emails, and still no response! Luckily, I paid with a VISA card, and Visa refunded my money and is going after the company! I hope they catch whoever is scamming so many people. DO NOT FALL THEIR SCAMS!!!

Definitely a SCAM. I ordered one mask on 26 FEB 2020 and they never delivered it. I am very upset to know this so call company took advantage of COVID-19 to take people money. I sent them emails but no response. I went back to the site to see if they have a phone number but the site no longer exists.

Stole my money, $41 for mask ordered in February, money gone site closed!! So damn mad!

Complete Fraud ordered a light in January emailed multiple times and never got a response. Wasted $50 and I’m very upset.

Total scam took $40 from me in febuary claiming to sell calming dog beds. I never recived my order and just went to email them again for the 3rd time and now their site is shut done and their not responding to my emails. Im extreamly angry and will now never buy anything online. 😠

POS company that scams you out of your money and does not deliver your order, stay away from these ppl.
