I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company, especially considering how professional everything seemed at the beginning.
I was recommended to work with them by the person who developed my new website. After our first meeting, I had a very good feeling about the company. Their proposal looked professional, and they gave me the impression that they knew exactly what they were doing. They told me they would get my merchant feed set up correctly and build my advertising campaigns from scratch, because the previous agency had not done a good job.
Based on that conversation, I decided to give them a chance and paid €2,000.
Unfortunately, only three days later, my girlfriend noticed that the merchant feed was showing incorrect prices. We had a meeting about it, and they acknowledged the issue and said they would fix it. After they confirmed that it had been corrected, I assumed the problem was solved.
After two to three weeks, I asked for an update on the results. We had spent around €3,000 but generated only one sale. That immediately made me investigate the campaigns myself.
What I discovered was very concerning. The prices in the ads were still incorrect. I also found out that they had been using a Performance Max campaign from the previous agency, had spent around €1,600 on it, and then simply turned it off.
I contacted the owner, J., about this. He confirmed that things had indeed not been set up correctly, but asked me to give them another chance and continue working together until the end of the agreed period.
At that point, however, my trust was already gone.
I decided to stop working with them and proposed a 50% refund as a way to find a reasonable middle ground. From my perspective, advertising with incorrect prices is a serious mistake, especially when significant amounts of money are being spent. If I had not personally investigated the campaigns, I don't know how long we would have continued spending money without realizing what was actually going wrong.
To be fair, I have to say that the presentation was excellent and the communication during the sales process was very convincing. J. is a good speaker and knows how to present a story. But he has 0 responsibility when it comes out when THEY make big mistakes and blowing your money in trash. And after you think J will solve the problem himself but he sent you E his finance manager to solve think and hide from you. This is the way he working with people. I really coward...
But for me, the most important thing is the actual work and the results.

I will accept the financial loss and move on, but I wanted to share my experience so that other business owners can make their own informed decision.
If you decide to work with this company, my advice would be: **check everything yourself, especially your campaigns, product feeds, prices and spending. Don't simply assume everything is set up correctly.**
For us, unfortunately, it will be **never again**.
