Firstly, the heath and wellbeing benefits that I have personally experienced after drinking Tibico are without doubt incredible. I had suffered for decades with the painful and sometimes debilitating symptoms and effects of 'IBS', then a gallbladder removal, and the overall effects of all that on my digestion. I now follow a daily regime of B12 gut shots, Greek Yogurt, natural granola, and an evening drink of Tibico. It genuinely works for me and I would honestly say it has been life changing. This, coupled with Tibico's superb customer care, quick delivery and the confidence that any issues will be resolved properly by the company make this review a full five stars for me.

I’ve had three orders from Tibico and I’m impressed. I prefer the yellow drinks to the red ones. Initially I found all fermented food and drink a little unusual in taste but this is the first drink I have really enjoyed. I have it every morning before I eat my breakfast and find it is really helping my digestion. The bottles are delivered in a sturdy box and packaged well inside.

Fast delivery and good packaging. Very easy to drink - subtle taste.

There's a good choice of flavours and I found the ordering was straightforward. The delivery was also quick. Most importantly, it's been about a week and I'm feeling the benefit. I tested it on some foods that would usually cause reflux or indigestion and there was a huge difference. Will definitely continue.

I 100% believe in the power of Tibicos and can no longer imagine life without them. Even during a recent gastritis flare up I managed to get through it by being extra careful with my diet and an extra glass per day of Tibico……….no medications whatsoever! I thoroughly enjoy these fruit water based kefirs, but with the cost being a major factor, I try to limit myself to a maximum of one bottle per day.
Changing the date on my last order was straightforward and the courier on this occasion could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
I also find the regular emails/ blogs most interesting and helpful. Keep doing what you’re doing……..please!!!

This is my second order recently and I find the flavours really interesting.The product is always well wrapped in recyclable packaging.I will definitely go on to order more.

I suggest you check by calling that number from another phone. I will try to contact you directly again (it’s exactly what I’ve been trying to do). But I doubt I will get through. Love the products but the customer service is really bad. I’m planning to cancel my subscription with them just for this reason. I’ve been trying to contact them since last week and haven’t got a reply till today. Left a message on their website, on their chat as well, called a few times but no answer. Today I left a voice message but as usual- no reply. I have no idea what’s going on, but it’s been really frustrating. Such a shame

Love a couple of the flavours. My daughter has opened an account for me too. Buying as presents for me. Probably had in the range of 150 bottles. Which I have narrowed down to 2 flavours I enjoy. The others, I took because they were good for me, but not something I looked forward to. Have never had gut issues, so only take because of supposed health benefits. Plus I do not drink a lot of the rubbish made of chemicals. Not perfected making my own yet.
Would much prefer NOT to have loyalty scheme thing. Just have cheaper drinks for all.
Website can be challenging when trying to get the discount.
It would be better if you could buy in shops, perhaps one day . . . .

I got wind of your product on Facebook which I don't use much so I bought a couple of cases last week I'll update you on them at the end

I got diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2019 and had a couple of operations in 2021 to remove all 5' of my large intestine
Im managing great with my stoma bag,

Unfortunately my wife tragically fell down the stairs in November 2024 and was completely paralyzed from the neck down, we got her home from the hospital April till July when she passed away last year,

Ive got great boys and their partners who have been fantastic at getting me back on track again

I've just spent 2 weeks with my family in SA which was wonderful, business class helped me tremendously with my stoma issues, so onwards and Upwards,

So I'm on day 6 of tour product. I suffer from acid reflux which although early days is definitely making a huge difference,

So I've got 2 x 12 cases I take one bottle a day, morning and evening..

So hopefully another hurdle over,

I'm 60 now and still got a lot of living to do, anything that helps is a bonus

Update: Tibico have recently responded to tell me of their new website which has explained my problems concerning my deliveries and subscriptions. Hopefully no more problems............................................ I love the product, but not happy about the website or how subscription works. The kefir needs to be refrigerated within 24 hrs of delivery but you do not advise upcoming delivery at least 48hrs in advance, to allow for any changes Date/flavours or quantities to be arranged before actual delivery. When visiting the website it tells me I have no subscriptions or upcoming orders. Last week I had a fridge full of Tibico kefir (20 bottles) whilst also being away for a few days.

I am struggling with some health issues which leave me with very little appetite and eating quantities of kimchi or sauerkraut is out of the question. So discovering a fruit juice kefir has been a game changer. Frankly the range of flavours also brings joy. It is like having a fridge of mocktails to choose from. My order was processed very quickly and arrived as promised. I will be re-ordering soon.

The product is fab. It's really helped my dodgy tummy. I'd often have a variable outcome if you know what I mean - and Tibico has regulated it somewhat. Sometimes the flavour is more sour than other times - but taking just a small wine glass in the morning before breakfast is fine and a 500ml bottle usually lasts 5 days. Regarding the negative reviews: all start ups have issues. They moved from a very small production to much larger facilities and then also changed software to cope with greater demand. There was a blip with an email being sent out in error about larger bottle sizes - as basically they ran out of the main sizes and their bottle supplier only had 750ml so they used those until the correct size bottle could be procured. An apologetic email was sent out to clarify the issue and my order was based on the full acceptance of their situation. Sometimes you can't win either way - delay orders or give them a bigger bottle while stocks last. Because the larger size bottles were a work around - those who felt short changed by getting smaller bottles obviously were disappointed but giving up on Tibico as a result is sad. The same goes for those who received the incorrect size and a refund. The cost of delivering bottles is expensive so I'd offer just the refund of the difference. All in all I feel brighter and more alert on Tibico. 10 days ago I broke my hip and had emergency hip replacement - so placed an order. It came speedily and my friend brought two bottles to the hospital in Cornwall. So I've had my Tibico fix and hope it helps my tummy get fixed after seven days of anti-biotics. It's a great healthy product and things can only continue to improve... Please note - I have no affiliation to Tibico and I have not been paid to write this. I just care about my health as a vegan and know it has helped. Back to Taunton tomorrow into a respite /nursing home to continue my rehab.

Not for me. Ordered a box of six. My husband and I struggled to drink them. They are very acidic and actually gave me an upset stomach for the week that I tried them. To confirm that it was the cause took a week off and was fine, then tried them again and the stomach upset returned. I’ve given mine away.
They are more of a medicine than a pleasant drink. I’ll stick to kefir yogurt.

A friend recommended the product to me because I suffered with acid reflux/heartburn at night in bed. I was slightly sceptical but gave it a try. It absolutely works! I haven't had to reach for the Gaviscon apart from once, when I was away and didn't have my usual small glass of Tibico before going to bed. The added bonus is that it really tastes nice. I would have given 5stars but the delivery service has been appalling -arriving at least a day late, if not two, for no good reason.

Subscription set up Tibico is very much part of my wellbeing these days.
