Probably the worst app for concerts

I book a ticket, it doesn't show on the app and you cant physically pass it on ( present for someone ) until just before the gig. Pretty useless app tbh!

No tickets

**update we finally got the tickets through 24 minutes before the show was due to start!**

We’re due to go to Gabby’s dollhouse in Birmingham tomorrow and the tickets still aren’t available. Worried about letting two children down!

still no tickets for event today!!!

Booked tickets for Gabbys dollhouse in Birmingham Tuesday at 1.30 I still havnt recieved tickets and it’s a day and a half away really stressing especially with it being Easter weekend can’t get hold of anyone
Update- the event is today and still havnt recieved any tickets really not happy

Ticket finally arrived the night before

I bought a ticket from this company back in November 2025 for a Josh Groban concert on 1st April 2026. It is now the day before and i am stressed. No ticket on the O2 App, signed up for AXS, nothing . No way to contact anyone. What a disappointment . Why on earth do we have to go to another site which causes just more angst. How do we now get these tickets which i have paid a lot for .

Despite contacting Ticketek UK via various methods and being told it will be there in the next few hours, they have not released my ticket into their App or The O2 App and my concert is just over 24 hours away. I would not recommend using this company as accessing my ticket - which was bought and paid for 6 months ago is proving impossible!!!!

Had great experience getting tickets with a presale code after 5 minutes was choosing my tickets straight in basket through to pay then email confirmation all done would recommend to buy tickets
