Everything was fast, and user friendly.

I am hoping you will give a refund. Got to the ball park and they had no record of my purchase and since it didn't have a seat number, wouldn't let me it.

It seems I didn’t understand the process and didn’t take the last step to get my ticket. The error was mine.

This was the worst experience I have very had purchasing tickets. First I did not receive any confirmation when I initially purchased the tickets. I had to call customer service to send over the instructions. Following I had to wait until to day before the event to retrieve the tickets. Those instructions said i needed to claim, then transfer the tickets within 48 hours or I would lose them. When selecting the transfer button the ticket, it didn’t do anything. Called customer service again and Zine told me that after claiming the tickets, I didn’t need to transfer, so the entire time I stood in line with my very excited 12 year old niece, I was in a panic thinking the tickets wouldn’t work. This is a very unprofessional company! I will NEVER purchase from them again and warn everyone not to as well!

The trust in this website is now good and worthy.. I was very skeptical on ordering my tickets , due to some bad reviews and I did receive my tickets early and even better seats than I had selected, so to say that I’m am very pleased with the experience is a compliment

This is a complete and utter scam. Tickets are going for 18 dollars in the bands website. I expect a full refund, don’t worry I’m shutting down my card for fraud and reporting your website for investigation.

I believe October of 2024, I accidentally booked tickets for Cold play in Madison Wi for July 2025. I thought I was clicking for Ticketmaster but realized that it was ticketfaster. I have searched high and low if its legit. The answers were all different. Some says they got the tickets and some says - it is a scam. I just want to post this as this might help others. We got the tickets for cold play. Tickets were sent to us May 3rd 2025 for July concert. I honestly did not expect it to be that early. I thought it would be sent to us the day before the concert. We had this experience of the Taylor Swift concert for Germany concert that we did not get our tickets until the eve of the concert. Was I scared at that time? No! We bought our tickets thru vivid seats and I just felt so confident about the site. My daughter was so scared, and to think we have traveled to Germany for that, but I was not. But with this ticketfaster, I was a bit so anxious if its a scam. Would I buy it again from this site? Probably not until I would see more positive reviews. I wonder if they have screwed up in the past but got better. This is 2025 and I see reviews from 2-3 years ago. I took the time to write a review here as it might help others because with my experience - I was so anxious of getting scammed. I was not worried about the amount as I know my Amex card would help when needed but the fact that I might not be able to get tickets for Cold play on the day of concert and my 2 kids would be so disappointed if tickets from “ticket faster” wont arrived.

Garbage site. Accidentally purchased a ticket to a show where tickets had not even gone on sale yet. I realized my mistake and immediately asked to cancel the order which was denied. Do not buy from these scammers.

Total scam!! Purchased tickets in February 2024 for an Usher concert, the concert is tomorrow, October 26 and no tickets! I have been getting the run-around via an automated system, no live person is available. They claim to put the tickets in the Ticketmaster account but no barcode which means no access to the tickets. Total scam!

Do NOT buy anything from this company! I made a purchase and later received an email saying my tickets have arrived. I waited until game-day to open the email and found they didn't send tickets as they promised. I had to scramble to find tickets through text message in their site. After an hour of trying to figure things out, they sent me tickets, but only one would scan entry with the barcode, as the other was rejected. I then found these weren't the rights seats, let alone the correct venue. I had to purchase tickets from the box office to see the game I drove 6 hours to attend. When I returned back home, I called and spoke with an agent in customer service who said I had to file an email with their order review department. this guy's name if FRANK. I did so and they told me it was my fault because I waited until the day of the game to open the file. They refuse my refund. Additionally, I called and asked for their physical address so I can take them to small claims, but they refused to provide me with that as well. I know my way around the justice system and plan to fight. I caution anyone using this company. Try a more reliable way to purchase any tickets. Its a scam and they will be held accountable! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

Do not buy any tickets from the site, people will list tickets at away higher price, and the seating will be incorrect and they will not pay you back. It’s a scam.

They are an absolute scam! They do not send a confirmation email. They refuse to give you access to your tickets and the insurance is only if you can prove something happened as to why you can't go. You will not get refunded if you do not receive the tickets.

I got tickets for my family for Christmas! Quick process, all good!

I thought I was purchasing tickets for $102 each with an $80.service fee and taxes, the total $257. However, when I downloaded the tickets the price was $64 each!!!! IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED USE TICKETFASTER!!!!!!

This site is very misleading you think you are on Ticketmaster; they have paid extra to be bumped up when you search for tickets. They sell tickets before presale opens and they price gouge. I paid $895 as opposed to Ticketmaster $595. I tried getting a refund but they refused as did PayPal refuse my dispute. They are scammers the concert is March 1 and I will not get tickets until February

I ordered tickets last month from Ticketfaster. It was only after I had sent money for the tickets that I realized that I was not on the Ticketmaster site. I checked reviews and was very unhappy with my purchase, since it looked like I might not receive tickets. I contacted TF, and the agent said he couldn't give me a refund of the whole amount (only a small portion). I kept the tickets reservation. Lo and Behold, I got an email from TF today with a link to my tickets. I am so happy. :)
