If you’re going to book tickets for somewhere in London, book through the official website like the British Museum’s website. Don’t waste your time with this site as they have very poor customer service and refuse a refund when the tickets do not work.

We take concerns like this seriously and would like to clarify that we did not receive confirmation or evidence that the ticket could not be scanned at the venue.
For reference, the instructions shared were:
1. Present your mobile voucher to the VoxCity guide at the meeting point
2. Meet at the fountain in Russell Square, WC1B 5EH
3. Look for a guide wearing a navy blue VoxCity uniform and carrying a white VoxCity flag
4. Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time
5. Also to contact the operator directly via WhatsApp at +39-345-561-7956 or email customer@voxcity.com

Becarful height for children not age
Becarfull as you sell us tickets for childrens from 4 years old until 12 years old and arriving at the Vana nava we will have to pay an additional 400bath / children as they are not considering childrens per age but per hight. So my childrens were charge at adult price as they have more than 122 cm

As stated in the ticket information, the attraction determines child eligibility based on height, and children exceeding the specified height limit may be required to pay the difference at the venue.
Since your children were above 122 cm, the attraction applied their policy and charged the adult rate accordingly. We recommend reviewing the ticket inclusions and terms before visiting to avoid such confusion.

GWK (Bali) Admission Tickets

I was worried this site would be a scam…
I was worried this site would be a scam because of how good the deal was for 2 attractions, but the process was honestly so easy and hassle-free. We went to Madame Tussaud’s in Las Vegas and rode the gondolas, on the tickets they say to go to Madame Tussaud’s first and get the tickets for the gondolas. They scanned our tickets and before I could even asked for the gondolas, the staff were already well aware and quickly retrieved our tickets for us. TicketsToDo made our Vegas trip fun and easy!

The most beautiful house I ever visited.
One of the beautiful house from Gaudi I ever seen ! It's more affordable compared to other places made from Gaudi, and I could order the ticket on the same day without having to order in advance, It wasn't very crowded compared from other places so it was very enjoyable! I definitely recommend travelers to pay a visit there.

This is an AUDIO purchase
This is an AUDIO purchase, NOT A TICKET! The advertising leads you to believe its a ticket with a self guided audio tour of the Sagrada Familia. Imagine how disappointed we were when we arrived an were not allowed entry to The Basilica. They were sold out by the time we discovered all of this. In summary, I spent $20 for an audio that I never got to use.

We would like to clarify that the product purchased was for a self-guided audio tour only, and that admission to the Basilica was not included. This information is stated on the product page in the inclusions/exclusions section, and within the important information notes prior to checkout.

To prevent similar misunderstandings in the future, we will be updating the product name to more prominently state that admission is not included.
