My initial order never arrived… after two weeks of despairing, I received a very sincere and apologetic email from Shaun, who fixed the issue right away with a next day signed delivery and a free extra bottle of what I’d ordered. He stayed in touch til I received my product and was extremely helpful. When a company takes the time to apologise and right their wrongs, it always feels like they’re in it for the right reasons, and I’m very pleased with the way things turned out. Now I’m excited to see some results. Thanks to Shaun and his team.

Recommend Tide for peptides.
I ordered on Monday and was swayed by their 24hour tracked delivery, great details website and links to an ISO approved lab. I did expect the package Wednesday, and when it didn't arrive I reached out to the team (late evening). Lee from the team got back to me immediately and located my package and ensured it was sent. I received the next day.
Excellent communications, very polite and kind, and sorted the issue immediately. I understand they are a small team and have experienced a surge in orders. But they are genuine and professional.
I will definitely be ordering again. Great company

I have used this service 4-5 times now and would fully recommend to anyone! My product always arrives within a day or two of ordering and the packaging is always very professional with sealed waterproof envelopes within envelopes. All bubble wrapped. The owner could not be more personable and has on more than one occasion helped me with a clear plan for my needs.
The products have absolutely been working! I’m super excited to be restarting a new cycle of some of the products that I have had to cycle off for a month. If you are in two minds and worried, don’t be! This is the future of bio-hacking and the team and products at TideLabs are legit! Thanks to all!

My peptides took 6 days to arrive by next day delivery. When I queried this, the company (person named in other reviews) said it was fine to store peptides at room temperature for 3-4 weeks - which goes against anything else I’ve read, and is concerning itself. Tide’s address when googled is a shared office space/postal drop in central London (definitely not a laboratory) so I’m not completely sure where the company is storing the peptides the rest of the time. After much back and forth and initially being fobbed off, I was offered a replacement on the basis I waited at home for an unspecified number of days to have the products collected by a courier. Given how unreliable the first delivery had been, and a lack of confidence on my part about what was actually in the product I decided not to take time off work to wait at home for collection. The fact that the peptides took 6 days to arrive is indisputable because the package was tracked.

Just placed my first order with Tide labs, very impressed with the transparency and the information available.
