All the 2-5 star reviews are BOTS. I’ve ordered something on April 28, 2025 and still haven’t received my order. I requested a full refund multiple times and they offered to give me half of my money back or even less??? Keep in mind, they didn’t give a single penny back. They’re all scammers and not trustworthy.

The best thing I like about ties2you.com is the customer support service, Yes the products are fantastic but I had an issue
with an old address that I didn’t notice
before I hit the order button. I had to contact customer support to let them know not to send my order to my old address, they immediately emailed me and told me not to worry they got me
and will fix the problem. I received my order at my billing address. So all is good and I love my jacket it fits perfectly.

This website is an absolute disaster, I took a gamble knowing that it looks sketchy and boy have I made a mistake. I ordered a vest to realize that you can get it for much cheaper on Amazon so I looked to cancel, after not finding a cancel option I emailed, it has been going on for days now back and forth. I had to contact my bank to cancel the transaction. To make matters worse you can’t even track your package. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT BUY ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING FROM HERE. There are reviews that are part of the scam it’s a disgrace.

Tie was received after some time. Reasonable product. Complete lack of communication though.

This place is 100% a scam. They never shipped my item, and it took 10+ emails for them to even agree to a refund, which they never sent. Escalating this to Paypal. DO NOT USE.

Paid for 4-8 days shipping ordered my tie on January 31st and it has been in the same shipping location since February 3rd with zero updates. I have contacted customer service for a refund but they have yet to give me one and are responding in very broken English.

Order never received. Then suggested all items out of stock. Did replacement order and paid for expedited shipping. Advised all items out of stock again, the next day. Very questionable. Will never order again.

I placed an order with this company on Jan 5th, I paid extra for expedited shipping and was supposed to get the shipment in 4 to 8 business days. Today is the 15th and I have not received the order. I wish I had seen these reviews first.

Ordered a Christmas tie on Dec 2 2024. Never arrived. Contacted vendor mid-January to request refund ($24) and was suggested to choose different item from their website. Not sure if this is a scam company or they just have shipping problems.

Refusal to cancel order, 1 hour after placing it. Vendor kept offering alternate solutions, in spite of the fact that I just wanted to cancel, as stated in there policy online.

If I had known that this was a Chinese company I never would have ordered these for Christmas. Needless to say, they still haven't arrived 12/28, no real tracking. Total rip off. Do not buy from them.

I ordered my son’s HOCO shirt through this site. It’s a statement piece to go with his girlfriend’s metallic green dress. After much searching, it was the only one that looked like it would match the dress. After reading reviews I was really nervous thinking this might be a scam site. It’s definitely not. The shirt we received is gorgeous, even better than the picture. It looks high quality and fits like a dream. Couldn’t be happier. We paid for faster shipping and it came as promised. Super happy. Our experience was great!

This company is a s*,t show. At least they refunded me my money after ....5 requests?

before doing this they
1. sent me a fake tracking number
2. told me they didnt have what I wanted so asked me to pick something else .... 3 times
3. told me it was already out for delivery so they couldnt do anything.

It's only after I told them I was doing a chargeback that day that they refunded me.... 4 days later.

I made a purchase from ties2you and am very pleased with the entire process. The tie arrived on time (even though I am from Australia) and in good condition. The quality of the product was excellent. I highly recommend this company for their product and professionalism.

I give this bunch of liars and thieves, just 1 star, because I can't go lower. This is a SCAM, A MAFFIA STEALING FROM ME AND EVERYONE.
You read some " positive" reviews here? They are part of the Scam, only the NEGATIVE reviews are the true reviews. The tie that I ordered was supposed to be on the last week of June / 24. I contacted them on the first week of July, they send me a text saying that my address " was incomplete". From there I knew that they are liars and thieves. I went 2 times to the postal office, they never received anything from this MAFFIA. Later they sent me a fake " tracking" # AM 978 389 509 CN, don't exist in the system. I had lost over $ 30, but I know they will lose thousands or more. I will report them to the proper authorities, this has to stop.

I don't doubt the people who are writing bad reviews experienced what they did -- the company does have kind of a sketchy vibe. But I have to say that I didn't personally have any problems with them. They shipped exactly what I ordered (it took about a week to deliver, which is considered slow in the Amazon Age, but they didn't promise faster), notified me every step of the way from order confirmation to shipment to delivery, and the products are actually pretty nice. The tie material is quite a bit thicker than what I'm used to in a tie, but that doesn't make it a bad tie, and the matching cufflinks (which I didn't even notice I had purchased as part of the deal) are kinda cool.

Red flags from the beginning: 1) I got no order confirmation email. 2) I got no Order Number. 3) When they charged me, there was still no Order #, just a supposed "Invoice #". 4) The phone number that showed up on my bank statement for them does not work. 5) I used the contact us feature on their website and never heard back. 6) Never got a ship confirmation or any tracking number. Don't throw your money away!
