I paid ₹790 for this silver polished deployment clasp and I noticed some scratches on it. First of all I found it a little expensive and the quality also doesn’t seem that good because there are scratches on it.

Sail cloth strap.....Go for it
The sail cloth strap is a lovely material, it made the watch standout as compared to the original leather strap. The delivery was quick and customer support through whatsapp is very much appreciated. Its a 100% recommendation.

Charging higher price for the straps, Poor Quality
Charging higher price for the straps. Quality not good and there is no return policy.
Anyone reading this if you want to feel cheated like me please go ahead and buy from here.
1st Response to your reply - You didn't offer me return on all the straps because all of them didn't match the colour profile and you were adamant on not accepting your mistake, so I rejected the offer. But you are telling false lies on Trustpilot, I admire your guts.
People should think twice before selling cheap quality products at high price.
2nd Response to your reply - See this is the arrogance which you won't acknowledge. It's frustration because of the feeling of being cheated by you. Telling the truth is now demeaning?, it's protecting others from being cheated. And For God's sake don't twist my words, I said I have seen genuine strap sellers giving customers the option to return not like you, giving poor quality straps and not accepting. You don't accept returns because you are very proficient in the art of not accepting mistakes. It's a waste of time to argue with people like you. Please continue your business and give the cheap quality stuff which you gave me.

As per our discussion on Whatsapp - you didn't have any issue regarding the Quality. That's a surprise for us, so we're sharing the brief of our chats:
"We agreed to take return of a specific strap that did not match the colour profile, however, you were adamant to return all the straps which is not acceptable for us!"
We do offer returns when the issue is on our part, which we also offered to you! However, in the end it was your decision to reject the return offer. Thanks for shopping from our store! 🙏🏼
Edit 1: The other two straps have the same colour as displayed on the website. Hence, we didn't agree where there is no issue. I can understand that your words are coming out off frustration, however, that does not mean you should structure your review as such to demean us on other grounds. "You also mentioned on whatsapp that you keep returning straps from other sellers" - that more or less explains why we don't offer returns as we don't want to experience the same that sellers have to go through!
Edit 2: I am curious to know, if I don't accept mistakes according to you.. then how come I accepted the colour mismatch issue on one of the straps and offered to take return?

You are demeaning the quality of our straps while the issue you faced had nothing to do with it. It's simply frustration on your part. You also rated 1-star on delivery performance which you later apologised for and your exact words were that you "rated out of frustration"!
You should not be falsely demeaning the quality of the straps for an entirely different issue you've faced!
P.S. The strap being discussed is our Dual-Tone FKM Strap. It is a finely crafted FKM strap and all our customers have loved it so far. We welcome honest reviews - this platform isn't meant to vent out your frustration for an xyz issue that has nothing to do with several other accusations you throw at us!

I ordered 3 things in 2 orders, a tan leather strap in 19 mm which is rare, an 18 mm butterfly clasp, and another Deployant clasp in 20 mm.
All three articles are outstanding in quality and finish. I also misplaced an order for an easy release spring bar which the owner promptly corrected. He didn't even ask for payment which is very very kind of him.
Overall loved it and I am going to order more for sure.
