Easy to order, first rate customer service
It was very easy to order, and all the customer service via the chat has been first rate. Lucie (and all the other customer service agents I chatted with) was very helpful, and prompt in dealing with my query. Its one of the most friendly customer services I've ever dealt with.

Best quality wooden furniture 💙
I have already purchased other pieces of furniture from Tikamoon in the past, these beautiful bedside tables are the latest addition and they look amazing in my new bedroom.
I highly recommend this company if you are looking for good quality and very well made wooden furniture which will last for ever.
Well worth the money spent.

The product took a long time to arrive…
The product took a long time to arrive which is why 4 stars. The quality of the product is excellent but didn't realise how heavy it would be - 72kg !!! Which has dented our wooden floor and to pull out the extension leaf would require 3 people to avoid further damage to floor.

We appreciate your comments regarding the weight of the table. Many of our tables are designed with solid materials to ensure durability and stability, which can make them quite heavy. We would always recommend using protective floor pads and having assistance when moving or extending heavier items to help avoid damage.

Amount of Packing Ridiculoud
Chair is quality
But the amount of packaging for an OAP to deal with is just ridiculous . They need to offer an unpack and rubbish dispose service before I would use them again .
I know they will reply regurgitating protection etc etc but they seriously need t ok look at overall service

We do use protective packaging to ensure items arrive safely; however, we do offer a premium delivery service that includes unpacking and removal of packaging materials. This option was available at checkout but was not selected on this occasion.

Lucie’s customer service today was excellent. I needed the packaging taken away with my delivery. I rang Tikkamoon and a real person (Lucke) answered straight away and dealt with the issue in a courteous and time effective way. Although the dining table wasn't suitable for us this time it was collected and refunded very fast and professionally.

This company is first class
This company is first class. Not only are the products excellent, but the customer service is even better. We placed an order and accidentally selected the wrong finish, only realising once we opened the box.
We contacted them to ask if we could return it and reorder with the correct finish, not expecting much as it was our mistake. However, they agreed straight away—no hassle at all.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Super Customer Service at Tikamoon!!
I've had my eye on a Tikamoon Eden side table and I needed some assistance with the promotional codes. I spoke with Lucie and my query was resolved promptly and with clarity. I also took the opportunity to dicuss one of my Tikamoon Teak bathroom units which has water stains (my fault) and Lucie provided great guidance on how to treat my teak! Just brilliant.
