Quality products and quality customer service
Good quality customer service as they cover for a few glitches in their new online website.
Fast processing and delivery times and cheaper than Bunnings. This is the third purchase in two weeks which shows how satisfied I am dealing with them.
Their black buckets are great 'strong' reliable aids for my gardening needs.

Hi Ross, thanks for the detailed response and excellent review. We're glad everything went smoothly!
RUBI 20litre Buckets
I ordered three rubber RUBI 20litre buckets with wire handles and one RUBI 40L plastic bucket.
The rubber buckets were to replace a similar style bucket lost during a trek and to provide a stock of spares.
The 40L bucket was to trial that make of buckets as watering and feed buckets for my pack donkey team.
The items were despatched promptly and packed adequately to prevent damage. The package was received within the Australia Post forecast.
It was great to find products that were not made in China.

I brought a rubi wet saw pump it was advertised for $126 online. I went to Tiler‘s online in cabin court in Osborne Park, Perth Western Australia. He charged me $148 which I was a little annoyed because that’s $22 more that was advertised. He told me that if he sold it for the price advertise, he was going to lose money, which I did not believe so. That is why I gave the one star rating because it’s far as I’m concerned if you advertise the price you sell it for that price so I won’t be trading with tolls at Tiler’s online again
I had the sales manager from tiles on line ring me up and apologised for the bad conduct of tiles online in Perth Cabin court Osborne Park I feel that tille online should get rid of the business that is representing them in Perth Western Australia, as I feel that that person is a crook
