Excellent customer service.

Great service. A couple of tiles arrived broken (they were well packaged but during delivery they must have been knocked) - they were replaced without delay. I would definitely order from them again.

I recently had my bathroom designed by Genna. She gave us some great ideas and was very patient and accommodating when we kept changing our mind. Genna then helped us choose the fittings that would meet our expectations at an affordable price. I rarely give 5 star reviews but it is thoroughly deserved by the whole team at tabo.

When Genna visited our home to measure up my wife and I were very impressed with the way we were listen to for our needs and wants. The first proposal was sent on time and fitted with all our requirements
Our second visit to the showroom Genna again was really on top of all we required.
When the installer visited to finalise the install he was briefed from Genna.
We have confidence the Install will go well and if there are any issues they will be dealt with. So a personal thank you to Genna for her professional approach.

The service that Martyn provided was fantastic! He tried his best to help me find the items i needed, kept me well informed of delivery times and was generally was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. The product we used were good quality and good value for money.

Outstanding Service and Support
I recently purchased bathroom materials through Martyn and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning — always prompt in replying to emails, clear in his explanations, and genuinely committed to finding the best solutions. Even when small issues came up, Martyn handled everything with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find this level of customer support these days. Highly recommended — a 5-star experience from start to finish!

Excellent team, so helpful and knowledgeable helping us decide on tiles for 3 bathrooms - highly recommend!

I'm incredibly impressed with the service I received from the Tabo Team, They have such a beautiful range of tiles and furniture. Nicola handled everything brilliantly. The communication was consistently clear and helpful making the whole process smooth. They went above and beyond to assist me when I made a mistake with my order quantities. I highly recommend Tabo for their dedication to customer service.

Very happy with our new bathroom which was completed within 9 working days.

Great service and communication all round. From initial enquiry to rectifying an error in the delivery (nothing to do with them), we were kept informed and they did what the said they would do, when they said the would do it. Can’t ask for more than that.

Honestly outstanding, the best company for tiling I have dealt with.

Nicola had outstanding customer service and I can’t thank her enough for all the help. She went beyond the call of duty and saved me £££.

Many thanks Jon

Genna was knowledgeable, helpful and patient throughout my search for a new bathroom.

Perfect service and communication. Higher than expected. 5+ Stars.

Genna and team were so easy to work with ready and willing to do whatever you want as a customer. Nothing was too much trouble and always friendly.
The fitter Lukas was equally as amiable , he worked steadily methodically and left our home clean and tidy every day .We absolutely Adore our bathroom the TABO team made our dreams and planning of a year a reality! We can't wait to use and enjoy it all . Highly recommended.

Just before Christmas, we experienced a leak in our bathroom that required a complete renovation—from the flooring and walls to the units and accessories. From the very beginning, Genna, Nikki, and Martin took care of everything. They managed the entire process, including the design, supply, and installation, with exceptional professionalism.

What could have been a very stressful experience was made smooth and hassle-free thanks to their support and expertise. The end result is absolutely stunning—we couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom. A huge thank you to the whole team; we can’t recommend them highly enough!

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The team went over and above to get the tiles from Spain and into the Country in good time to meet up with our programme on site. Martyn and his team were top notch. I will recommend this company all day.

Genna, Nicola and Martin at TABO gave us excellent advice over the choice and delivery of some beautiful Italian tiles for our living room, They also coordinated things very efficiently with the brilliant local tiler, Austen Cole, who made a great job of laying the tiles. I can highly recommend them.
