Got one of these for my birthday from my partner, I've never made anything like this before but it was very satisfying.

I was worried I was missing a piece but I'd just missed a step putting it together, the customer service was really good and got back to me right away and even gave me extra advice on how to finish building it.

The watch is really nice, even though it was made by me, and I've already gotten a lot of compliments about it!

Ordered a kit for myself to learn the basics of watchmaking, the kit exceeded my expectations. It comes with 2 movements and includes a deep dive into the movement, which was challenging at times but very rewarding....

Absolute scam! Ordered a product on the 19th of December, the shipping of which did not happen until the 6th of February. I was told twice that I would be refunded for the shipping costs, and had to remind customer service for that. To this day, 1st of April, I have still not received the item purchased, and am no longer receiving support from customer service. Last information I got was that it was awaiting customs and from then on, nothing.

This kit is brilliant and a good way to lean into any hands on engineering category.

The customer service was outstanding I would go so far as to say its some of the best you will ever receive. I had a few issues with hands and tools and replacements were sent to me immediately free of charge.

The watches themselves just look brilliant aswell. The movement kit was so good even if I lost a screw (whoops) . The finger cotts don't last long however and I found them to rip fairly easily not the sellers fault just something to not panic over if it happens to you.

Initially had a few issues with kit but they were resolved quickly. I received this as a gift for Christmas present and finished it the other day. The quality of the finished divers watch is very good in my opinion. It can be fiddly work and fitting hands were a challenge but that was part of the learning. Packaging and presentation of the kit was good and after sales support. I may get a movement kit in the future as I want to try something more complex.

I have enjoyed putting the watch together, but for me the best bit is that the couple of minor problems that I had were dealt with quickly and well beyond my expectations. They obviously enjoy what they do.

Brilliant product – but the star as been the customer service!

I bought this for my dad for Christmas – he loved the kit and has had the best time making his watch. It also looks so good.

Even better, he lost some parts in his making and had some questions. We emailed the founder, he immediately came back, has been beyond helpful and sent out the parts without question.

I couldn't recommend this company enough – service makes ALL the difference and I would absolutely buy from them again.

Excellent customer service. This is a small business which really cares. I had an issue with some missing components and the personal response I received from the owner was wonderful. A amazing experiance i found it very rewarding the watches them self are stuning and everything you nèed is provided and the instruction video was very helful and good value for money well worth my time. And money will definatly be looking to purchasing another watch
