I ordered a song from Timeless Songs for my husband. When I received the recording, one of the lines has me calling him a nickname that he calls me. They never sent a preview of the song. Had they done this, I would have corrected it. I have sent multiple emails and Facebook messages to them regarding this matter. The emails are requesting the lyric be corrected but I have not received one response from them. The service after the sale is nonexistent. I cannot give this song to my husband because of their unwillingness to respond or correct this. I have wasted my time and money. If my financial institution can stop payment, I will have them do so.

Paid upgrade 89 bucks for 24 hour delivery for a trip we were going on. Paid it Tuesday as I sit here on Saturday the song still has not been delivered. No answer from multiple emails to customer service. Do not waste your money!

I chose to have a song written for my husband for his 70th birthday. The process was very easy. The price is a little pricey if you want things quickly, I bought the song to be able to edit and to get it within 24 hours so I could jump up to the top of the queue. That total was $240 but it is a must to pay for the free editing. I had two different edits and they got done within 24 hours. I feel now that I have this great song, I love it so much and it was worth it for my husband! I can't wait to give it to him!

I provided a list of tidbits of our last 38 years together and they nailed it. I listened to it 10 times at least the day I received it and cried happy tears every time I listened to it. It is soooo awesome!!!! Thank you!!

When I first contacted Timelessong I was a little skeptical about how it would work, I submitted what I felt would best describe my husband in his life and passing. They were able to make his life into the most beautiful song I could ever imagine. The music and the lyrics were spot on, along with the beautiful voice.

Can't believe I paid 150 bucks for such a generic run of the mill song. Does not catch the spirit of my deceased 21 year old daughter or memory at all. Obviously just an AI generated "song" with certain key words dropped in. What a total FAIL.

The song was amazing. My husband is not a very emotional person but he cried. He said it was the best gift I had ever given him. He’s listened to several times and shared it with some friends which is completely out of his character. He had a bad day and he remarked the timing was perfect. God was in the timing. After 2 or 3 tweaks, we finally got it right! The song lyrics embody the very essence of of our 50+ year friendship. My true friend got to hear how much I appreciate her, and, yes, my devotion to her. It brought tears to my eyes every time I hear it and I can’t wait for her to hear it in all its glory. I’m saving it for her birthday which is 3 & 1/2 months away. Because I had to ask her a few questions about “ if she had a vinyl record player, a cassette player, a CD player etc) and she does not. So I will use alternative ways to deliver this gift. I also had to ask her and the other friend mentioned in song for their T-shirt sizes. Got to be prepared, right? I love this song. I wish I could sing, but not one note. Thank you for making this so special for me and my friend!!!!
