I’m disappointed with the timeshare experience!
After purchasing hundreds of thousands of dollars of Exchange Value including platinum/VIP status;
We end-up into a small 12X20 hole that requires you to wash your dishes in the toilet sink!!! (For3 weeks).
The punch of all this is that you’re asked to fork out another approx. $700 can. for every week you book!!!

I paid $798.00 for an ad with Timeshares Only on November 13, 2025. Today, I went to the website and did a search for timeshares for sale at Summer Bay, Orlando. Multiple timeshares for sale appeared, and I looked at all the pages of ads. My ad did not appear. The only way I found my ad was to search by the ad number. Obviously, someone looking for a timeshare is not going to know my ad number.

The person that sold me the ad told me that there is an active market for timeshare resales. I do not believe that, and I believe that the resale companies, such as this one, are just selling hope and delivering nothing. I have not received one call or email regarding the listing of my timeshare.

I don't feel I can rate Timeshareonly at this time. They were very friendly to get my business. I have paid them but only time will tell if the hold up their end of the deal.
