Timestravel Reviews

A few weeks ago I was duped into paying a extra £600 ,on top of my payment for my holiday the person on the other end of the phone said he worked for on the beach , to cut a long story short I got in touch with timestravel limited explained that I had paid £600 for nothing , Darren got straight on the case and within 3 days I had my money back can’t praise Darren from times travel enough

Recently I booked tickets From airflight travels who linked with times travel and I am very happy by the services , An agent name Harris Samuel gave me the best flights and it was an amazing experience. This is a trust worthy platform 💯

I had wonderful experience with Times Travel Ltd. Special thanx for Darren, who gave great attention to our concerns and always responded to our call even at late. Very professional and helpful team.

The service it provides is fabulous
And it’s also very convenient

I was scammed by a company called Flight Edge who implicated Times Travel. Darren at Times Travel very kindly investigated and secured a full refund for me … THANK YOU 🙏🏻

Reliable, professional and very helpful staff.
Especially would like to say thank you very much for Mr Danish Raza because
Mashallah he has been very helpful in sorting out our Ramadhan Umrah tour for us.
He has tried his best to accommodate for all our needs which has made our umrah journey very easy to navigate and stress free.
We are very grateful for all his help.
Thank you for the excellent service

Had an amazing experience with Times Travel, thanks to Aqsa! She's honestly the most incredible person. She found us the best tickets at the best value and really accommodated all our needs. We definitely put her under a lot of stress, but she went above and beyond to help us and keep myself, my parents and siblings happy. I can't thank her enough for her support! Will definitely be booking through her again.

I initially faced significant issues with Umrah Experts, a subsidiary of Times Travel, as my concerns were not being handled as expected. However, once Times Travel, particularly Dharen, got involved, I felt heard and supported. Dharen took my concerns seriously and ensured they were addressed promptly and professionally.

His proactive approach and willingness to resolve the matter made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts in bringing the issue to a resolution.

Moving forward, I would feel confident booking with Times Travel, knowing that if any issues arise, they will be taken seriously and resolved efficiently. After all, anything can happen on a trip, but having a company that listens and takes action is what truly matters.

Key advice, allow Dharen to investigate as he does want to help and will come to a resolution.
