I dealt with azaz khalid to plan a trip to me to sharm el sheikh. I asked him to grant me a resort that is entertaining for 3 children and also relaxing for me at the same time. I gave him very short notice and was extremely demanding about my standard. Not only was he extremely calm patient and collected he got back to me within an hour showing me a resort that matched my request more than I expected. He was extremely professional and efficient and found me a holiday within my budget entirely. I will definitely be going back to this company and also recommending to others. I have used times travel, especially Romina, for the last four holidays I have been on. Every time I have the itch to go away, she is my first port of call. I don’t have to worry about anything, She will sort everything out for me, all I ever do is tell her the destination and my dates and she will organise everything. She will think of everything from transfers and even give me ideas on building my itinerary. When I got engaged, I enquired about honeymoon packages and within a few hours, she had created a list of 10 different packages all around the world. I was surprised at where I could go, within my budget and throughout the process, she kept, advising me on how to change the details to enhance the experience from start to finish. She’ll even persevere with me when I am being indecisive so after the first few trips she has learnt to give me options before I’ve even thought about them. The prices are also very competitive, I’ll always try and do some research on prices but she’ll always come within budget. I can’t wait to book more holidays with Romina and Times Travel

The second time I’ve booked my vacation via MIR. The guy will deliver on stuff you thought was out of your league. From hotel bookings to tour packages. Very reliable and prompt service!

I have been booking with times travel since 2018 and they have been amazing always. Last November I was planning a family vacation and they quoted me around 15-20% less then market price. Booked our trip through Romina, absolutely amazing experience. She was very helpful, went above and beyond and listened to each and every concern I had. After covid and the skyrocketing prices, she was very understanding and did not judge, she helped fit everything into the budget we had set and gave extra advice like the difference for an extra night, she definitely insured we got the most out of our holiday and gave us her full attention. I must've been a difficult customer with all the queries as we've never been anywhere but India and she was very patient. She answered every question without getting annoyed and even made herself available whilst she was on a family holday herself. Now that's dedication! She even helped us to arrange a hotel to airport transfer and called up the hotel for us to enquire about local prices. Romina not only helped with the bookings but was available whilst we were there to help with any additional queries.
