I am an actual user of this platform, and there is nothing handy, nothing that would help you manage your time and efforts effectively. At this point, even the free resources of Google are more efficient and productive.
There's an immense amount of things that do not work or do not exist. For instance, if you'd like to initiate a course and add the items on the way - it won't work. You need to foresee in advance how many items would be on the same topic to add some files beforehand. However, the employees have human nature and something that has been planned can be reduced or multiplied. That means that even uploading some items as empty or draft - takes time.
Another thing - the Quizzes option doesn't work properly. There is no possibility to change the settings of questions once it's published. The users cannot submit their answers. The system always shows that they need to answer all of the questions for submissions, however, they had done that, obviously. What that means - is that I need to spend my time, and manually go through all of the employees and their answers and provide them with the feedback via email. Loss of time!!!!!! Out of 250 employees, only 6 managed to submit. This is an ongoing issue, not something singular. Very disappointing.
The Admin function has only the purpose of adding people, and hiding/unhiding items. In case of a bug/issue - no resolution whatsoever.
The items cannot be uploaded through Google Drive. Once uploaded to the portal, no matter in which extension PDF or PPT the layout would still be changed somehow.
No possibility to use/copy-paste one and the same item (for instance a drafted training) to another course/stream.
No possibility to filter or organize a report more comprehensively.
Just so many functions that are missing and not being updated and not keeping with the pace of life and most importantly digital world

Excellent product. Provides all the functionality you need to provide excellent instructions with numerous ways to both construct the training sessions, as well as interact with the students in a responsive questions and answers of various kinds (actually anything I could think of was there, multiple choice, fill in the blanks, true-false and many more. After over twenty years of conducting both online and classroom training I have come to realize that a good interactions with the students, i.e. student actively interacting and answering questions, is absolutely essential to the learning process. The TImeToKnow product enables both the training and the active interaction. But one of its best capabilities (at least from my perspective) is the insights it provides on each individual student based on the results of the interactive tests. This can be a great way for me as an instructor to ensure students comprehension level and enables us as a company to ensure students achieve the levels of skills required.

Time To Know makes training simple as that, using creative material and strong platform that combination make learning experience great and joyful
