Worst burger I’ve had in years. Reminds me of the ones in the food vans that sat in a water bath all day. Texture all wrong. My first time trying this establishment and it will also be my last. Shame as staff friendly and efficient.

Aberdeen Scotland - we ordered 2 breakfast meals, sausage bagels with hot drinks. My one had chipotle sauce. Hashbrowns too. The food was delicious, didn’t have to wait long. The restaurant was clean and very welcoming. There was a lovely lady that greeted us as we came in and left, she also took our tray from us. Will definitely be going back. Nothing else compares in Aberdeen. Highly recommended!

I visited Tim Hortons Sheffield Drakehouse with my son. We were served by Zunaira. She was very polite and greeted us in a nice manner. She was helpful when I queried the offer that was on. Service was quick and the setting was clean. Good visit all in all would go back again.

I had what was supposedly a "Cheddar & Chutney Double Cheeseburger", but it was bland, unseasoned and unappealing. The staff didn't seem interested in serving customers and the whole experience was disappointing, expensive for what it was and not to be recommended.

Don't take cash and half the menu is not available. Very disappointed

Pretty decent, used their Gloucester fast food outlet and was clean and staff were friendly. Food was decent but took a while. Not always been the case with waiting so not going to knock them down for it.

Visited at scawby tim horton.Very nice coffee (double double my favorite)..great service..staff was very friendly..surely going back again..

I applied for the £2.99 deal (any burger for £2.99 when purchased with a medium drink). That's how the small print is worded but with the proviso that some menu items may be more, so my triple cheese burger was £3.99, all the other burgers are £2.99 or less anyway 🙄

when it arrived, lattice fries & burger were slightly warm. Americano coffee was nice and hot.

Any food served there is below any acceptable standard. Still wondering how is that possible that so many people still eat there? Are they masochists or something? I mean, they must like to eat rubbish and pay the money for it or what.

Tim Hortons Merry Hill - do not go and spend a load of money for trash. All ingredients pre warmed. Cheese Burger thrown together. Chicken burger like mush. Lattice fries cold. Mcds & Five Guys everyday

Cheap, tacky place, looks like a McDonalds in a motorway services.
I couldn't have a dairy alternative in vanilla coffee because it comes pre-mixed - wt..? It's meant to be a coffee house, that's for vending machines, it's just lazy.
Standard coffee is average, and not very hot.
I will never go back because they don't accept cash.
Staff don't seem too chuffed if you order at the till rather than from their screen, and there's nothing friendly or polite about them.
Don't bother.

Great place. Fantastic burgers,much better than McDonald's. Staff always cheery and helpful. Also do Blue Light Discount which is good.

ordered a tuna melt and proceeded to tell us 15 minutes after waiting that they don’t have it. once receiving the food they didn’t give us sauces and charged us for a sauce we didn’t get. also the staff were not wearing gloves and only wore once i told them to my self and the caramel frappe had no coffee in. staff are so un hygienic. absolutely raging!

Fined a £100 for parking whilst in Tim Hortons Mansfield, Nottinghamshire . No one answers the complaints option in the web page and they have no contact email to complain to .
Not great food and to be honest disorganised and slow . I've been to the outlets in Canada and the UK is a poor copy .
The entire Tim Hortons experience was terrible mainly due to the aftermath , I will never visit the store again and urge other people to think twice . No one wants the most expensive breakfast in the world , mine cost £116 with the fine . Tim Hortons do not respect the customer as they clearly don't want to be contacted if you have a complaint . Disgusting behaviour for a company who are trying to grow in the UK !

Food was absolutely epic. Loved my first ever Tim Horton and would come again for sure.
