We used Merry Hill Tim Hortons and it was disgusting. Waited over 10 minutes for our food and then they got order wrong. No one else in restaurant. Hot dog was just ok but the burger was disgusting, tasted like a cheap rip off burger and I'm not even sure it was actually meat (could have been a veggie patty). It looked very pale and not at all like a beefburger and tasted awful. We threw it away.
Was looking forward to trying TH but never again - save your money and go elsewhere.

I thought Canadians were nice polite people's, with wholesome food and an appreciation for value. So imagine my surprise when I visited Tim Hortons on Argyle Street in Glasgow earlier today and had my preconceptions thoroughly challenged. Not only were the staff contemptuous, but the fantastically expensive, lukewarm, and poor quality food really challenged my stereotypical view of Canadian fast-food outlets. Thank you Tim Hortons. Even the moderately acceptable coffee and stale TimBits managed to challenge my world view of these famous staples of the Horton household. With my order of food ordered at the most unresponsive kiosk terminal known to non-gender-specific-kind (again all contributing to the overall immersive experience), I waited longingly for a taste of Canada to be made available. Now that I know that the order was sent to Canada first for processing before being transmitted back to Glasgow for making, it makes the wait worthwhile. And talking of the technology, if you visit a Tim Hortons, remember when the number on the screen shows that your food is ready for collection, it really means that the food has only started to be prepared for you and you still have 15 minutes to wait. That could frustrate the more impatient diner, but for us, it added to the thrill of the unknown. With food eventually collected, we proceeded down to the dungeon dining area (sans tray for an added adrenaline injection) using the sticky floors for added grip as we wobbled downwards with food balanced precariously underarm. Once in the seating area, we looked for the least likely location to be confronted by a native asking for the code for the toilet door lock. Again, this was an unexpected experience and delighted to have been rewarded with access to an evil escape room where the toilet roll has to be won rather than granted. And that's why there were no napkins to be found - we had to earn them with our wits and logic rather than assume they would just be made available. Genius. With the prepackaged aioli garlic dip outshining every other part of the culinary tasting menu, we finished our meal with gusto in anticipation for the exciting climb back to civilisation. Overall, a fantastic and enlightening experience that challenged my view of Canadian food and the stereotype that I once held for good quality and good value fast food from Tim Hortons. Thank you so much for the experience. Sadly, with the lesson learned, there's no need to go rushing back and instead will look forward to an experience with a big whopper during my next visit to Glasgow.

I thought I would try it out as the macdonalds queue was very long.
It was horrible 🤢 the drink was watery, loads of cheap tasting ketchup and some sort of mustard sauce dripping everywhere, burger is not tasty. Slice of raw onion ring instead of salad and gherkins, even the bbq sauce was inferior quality.
Never going there again yuk 🤢 sticking to MacDonalds in future. Very disappointing 😞

The drink was lovely!!!! I will definitely be coming again great experience!!!

The food whas grate. Try it!

We use the one in Park Royal, I ordered a bacon and egg bagel, well the piece of bacon in it was the size of a wrigley chewing gum stick, it was also totally tasteless.

On a previous visit I had a sausage and egg muffin, the sausage pattie is half the size of the muffin

They also didn't add the extras on the coffee I ordered

I had given them the benefit of the doubt as its new, but there's no excuse as there's more than enough staff all standing around not doing very much

It's a shame as it's right next to wear I work but I'm going to have to start ordering from uber to get other food delivered

Awful food.
The worst food I have ever had in my entire life!

I spent almost £14 for one person and the food is completely tasteless. If you order a burger, it’s colour is whiteish/yellowish and it stinks, SMELL IT!!

I don’t understand why people queue up to eat here… the marketing and advertisement were so so big that my friend and I decided to try it in their new branch at Park Royal London.

Disgusting, absolutely disgusting.

The hotdog is awful as well, I prefer costco’s and it costs £1.99!!!!!

If you are planning to eat here… don’t do this to yourself. Stick to MC Donalds and Burger King…

Pastries at the cheapest petrol station is better than this.

I love waffle fries, but this? This is like old soggy/mushy/soft.

I don’t have problems with food, I eat everything and for me, to write this review it is because was really really awful.

Don’t do this to yourself. I would like to ask for my money back if I could. Not worth it.

DON’T EAT HERE 😭

Just had one open next to.my place of work so been popping in for coffee and occasional breakfast this week.

Nothing brilliant a few mistakes with not fulfilling my order fully that sort of thing

As its new I have given them the benefit of the doubt as it may have a few teething troubles

But today I ordered a coffee as part of their breakfast deal that was only 2 thirds full, then , I ordered a bagel with bacon and egg, well there was no chance of even seeing the bacon,.....I took a photo, hopefully it will come out....total joke

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star!! First time Ordered food from Tim Hortons Riverside, Northampton via the Uber eats app and took over an hour and 10 mins to arrive!!! And they are literally 5 minutes drive away (I couldn't drive as car was not starting).

When the food arrived it was stone cold!!! Im pretty sure the food was sitting around either in the car or restaurant. I called the driver the driver to complain as thats the number i got put through, he said he was coming back to pick the food up, bit did he? Off course he didn't, what a liar!

Then trying to get uber to help was absolutely useless, kept going round in circles. If Uber can't operate properly or give the right customer service then they should not be doing it and Tim Hortons shame on you thinking cold food is acceptable, well its not when you spend approx £8 pounds on a sandwich and a few of your crappy fries!

Absolutely disgusted with the way the way no one handled my complaint!!! By the way the food went in the bin that cost me £16 for the whole order!

The food quality of tim hortons is amazing

Please take my advise and avoid this place at all costs! Me and my family went for a breakfast at the Tim Hortons branch in Paisley Retail Park just outside Glasgow to celebrate Fathers Day and it is definitely one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. We placed an rder and when received found 3 items missing. When I went back to the counter to explain. The member of staff (apparently the manager) started shouting at the top of their voice that the items were definitely in the bag and that I should go and check again. She then stormed out to the back and refused to come back out saying she was too busy to speak to me. When I tried to speak to another member of staff i was completely ignored and I could hear all the other staff in the back laughing, shouting and acting completely unprofessional! At this point we then left and my 4 year old daughter was extremely upset! I have reported this matter to the Customer Service Team at Tim Hortons 2 weeks ago but to date I've had no acknowledgement to my complaint. This horrible company do not care about their customers and should be avoided at all costs!

One star is one too many. Please go back to Canada with your cold over priced food.

Been yesterday at Braintree - empty the parking lot so I have decided to go inside (save some time) wrong decision, 2 boys were talking in the back (there was nobody in the drive through, what’s the point to make yourself working?) and a girl was making herself busy turned her back to me - nobody inside, after more than 5 minutes she turned her bored face to me as I dare disturbing her (she was half a sleep I think) then she said ‘we only take cards’ there were no notes anywhere about it, practically I was waiting over 5 minutes for nothing! Shame to all of them, they are going to bankrupt the place - if you go to work only to pay your mortgage and show no consideration to your customers than you are in the wrong place! just wanna say I relocated myself in the UK from Canada so I know who Tim Hortons is !!!!Wish you nothing because you deserve nothing!

We visited the merry hill store yesterday it was Saturday and busy. First we tried twice to put our order in the machine but at the point of paying it deleted it and put an error code on the screen. Then we stood waiting at the counter for our order to be taken there was loads of staff but all ignored me also no staff diversity. I asked if anyone wanted to take my order. A man with a very bad attitude said what do you want. I gave my order. I brought cakes but didn't understand the pricing system so was charged £10.99 for a mixture. It wasn't explained to me that filled ones were more expensive and if you had ring ones but added 1 filled to you order you were charged as if they were all filled. The meals weren't anything special my partner had a burger which he said McDonald's were better and cheaper. I had a toasted sandwich it was hardly toasted just warm soggy bread and a blob of something stuck on the outside of the bread didn't look like cheese or taste cheesy. The milkshakes were full of ice and tasted watery. The cakes I could have got cheaper at krispy kreme and were stale and dry the next morning. I wouldnt go there again.

Hit and miss regardless of which store your go to

I can't even remember how many times they forget to add something to your order. And everytime I'll check it in front of them and they get annoyed as if they are not doing the job properly, but guess what if I havent been robbed few times u wouldnt need to check it. Last time they forgot one donut, went back to ask as I have been charged for it, and she was like oh we don't have that one right now... So I guess u let customer walk away without a refund or offering other item for it!!!

Lakeside Branch
We've been here a few times now and each time we've had a very pleasant experience. It's always spotless and the food is delicious. I especially wanted to give a shout out to vinnie, the lovely lady that served us. Every store needs a vinnie, she was so bubbly and helpful with our order. You could just tell that she wanted to make sure every customer left with a smile on their face. All the other staff were as pleasant as her, so I think its only fair they all deserve a shout out :) we will be returning soon.

Visit your Leeds branch today and service and food was excellent, thanks to the staff at this branch

I'm absolutely shocked how if I've remembered what I wanted to order by the time I get to the next window, I'm no allowed to order it there I have to drive back round. These was the instructions given by a very abrupt young girl who clearly has no customer service skill other than on a piece of paper. Even McDonald's takes orders at the pay window. 🙄
