TimingHQ is our go-to partner for all timing services at San Diego Running Co. There is no one else we would trust! From our smaller community races to events with 10,000+ runners, their team always delivers. More importantly, they feel like a partner to ensure race day goes smoothly for us and for every runner who crosses the finish line.

We've had the pleasure of working with TimingHQ and Mike Coleman as the official timer for Joggin' for Frogmen San Diego for the past several years, and we truly couldn't ask for a better partner. From the planning process months before race day to the final results, Mike is always responsive, organized, and incredibly professional.

Race day is always a hectic environment, but Mike brings a calm, confident presence that makes everything run smoothly. He is proactive, detail-oriented, and always willing to jump in and help however he can, even beyond timing responsibilities. His communication is excellent, his timing is consistently accurate, and he genuinely cares about the success of our event and the experience of every participant.

We're incredibly grateful for our partnership with TimingHQ and Mike Coleman and look forward to working together for many years to come. If you're looking for a timing company that is dependable, knowledgeable, responsive, and a true partner in your event's success, we can't recommend TimingHQ highly enough.

Timing HQ really changed the atmosphere for our race we hosted in Chicago,Il. Amazing work from registration to perfect timing.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Mike and his team for the past three years, and I can’t say enough about their dependability, transparency, and positive attitude. They always come prepared and ready to go, and having TimingHQ as a partner allows our team to stay focused on what matters most—our mission, our participants, and our fundraising goals.

Their professionalism, accurate race timing, well-marked course, and clear signage consistently help create a great experience for our participants. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Mike and his team for many years to come!

We’ve been working with TimingHQ for over three years, and I can confidently say they have been one of the key partners behind the success of the Binational Race.

From the moment our race was just an idea, Mike Coleman and the entire TimingHQ team believed in our vision. Organizing a cross-border event between the United States and Mexico is incredibly complex, but their expertise in race timing, event management, and logistics has made every edition run smoothly.

Beyond providing accurate timing, TimingHQ has been a true partner throughout the planning process. Their team is organized, responsive, proactive, and always willing to help solve challenges before they become problems. Having that level of support gives race directors tremendous confidence.

Thanks in part to their professionalism, our event has grown from approximately 1,200 participants in our first edition to over 2,200 runners the following year, and we’re expecting more than 5,000 participants in our third edition.

If you’re looking for a dependable company that genuinely cares about the success of your event, I highly recommend TimingHQ. Mike and his team consistently go above and beyond, and we look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come.

We ran a race with Mike and the team in Chicago and had a great experience. The team was professional, super easy to work with, understood the ins and outs of race day and took some serious stress off of our plate.

Will be working with them again for sure!
