I would give 0 stars if I could. One of the dresses arrived damaged, and the strap was barely sewn on with thin thread that didn’t even match the color of the dress. The quality of the dresses is extremely cheap and absolutely not worth the price. The pricing feels completely inflated for what you receive. On top of that, customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. Very disappointing experience.

I have to add myself to the long list of customers disappointed with Tina Joe. The fabric quality was extremely poor, and one of the items didn’t match the description or photos on their website. I even provided clear photo evidence, yet the company refused to take responsibility for their mistake.
When I asked about returning the items, they advised against it, saying I’d have to pay expensive shipping and customs fees back to China. Instead, they offered me only $8 to keep everything — even though I spent $80.
Save yourself the frustration — do not buy from this store.

I ordered a beautiful dress last spring. I waited weeks and weeks. I got a notice that the dress was delivered, it was not. I was in a high rise building with a shipping department - they never received the package. I tried to get a refund or replacement but was told that since their records showed it was delivered, I would get neither. This company is a waste of money. Don’t order from them.

I will never shop at Tinajoe again. The items look nothing like the photos and the quality is terrible. They don’t offer fair return policies — you have to pay for expensive return shipping, and what they offer as compensation is a joke. I do not recommend buying from them under any circumstances.

I wish I could’ve had the option to put no stars. I ordered an item after a month and paying expedited fees never received it. I contacted them and they said they would resend it, but I had to do multiple emails in order to even get that. I did not receive a confirmation after a month. I contacted them again to see if the second order had been shipped. They said it arrived two weeks ago. But I never received that either. This company is awful.

It seems I should’ve done my research before ordering from this business. I placed an order on Jan 1st. I have yet to receive my order or the refund after requesting it multiple times. Order number TJ6959

Very ugly fabrics, you expect to order in the US but you get ugly low quality stuff from China. Sizes are too big and return process is very slow. Need to proof everything with pictures and complaints. Not even sure if I will get a return address or my money back

Dress was of poor quality and didn't fit. Tried to return and got every excuse under the sun from it would be too expensive to send back to the cheek of them offering me other dresses with a 25% discount. The dress zip was plastic. They are a scam. They have no conscience. I spend a lot of money on a dress €55.00 and I wouldn't even hand it I to a charity shop as it would dissapoint the customer who would buy it.
Why is this site operating and not taken down. I suspect this company are employing people and giving them poor wages, while they line there pockets with the profits. The company is a disgrace.

Terrible service, takes over 2 months to be shipped. When you communicate they send generic responses instead of addressing issues. They lie about the products being available. Do not trust!

They're scam. Do Not fall for their scam as they advertise for the original picture of the clothes but they send you a crappy one. They accept refund only if you return the item at your cost which is not worth the pay.
DO NOT Waist your money. The quality is super cheap.

Poor chinese temu quality, it smells and the fabric is poorly made. This company TinaJoe is a drop shipment company based in CHINA with shell corporation in USA. If you try to return it, you will have to pay your own shipping label and return postage.

Poor Customer Service. Return items must be sent to China come on.
Product return and exchanges should be local ie USA, not on the other side of the globe.

Ordered a dress with a split. The only reason for the purchase was that split.
Dress arrived. WITH NO SPLIT.
£30 for a simple black sack.
Complained. They offered me a £5 refund and the generous offer of keeping this black sack.
Im ashamed i got sucked into the algorithims....

Absolutely awful. Ordered in July, now mid September and still not received my purchase. Chased beginning of August and was told it was on the way.
Will never order from them again. Have requested a refund…

Absolutely the worst quality and customer service. Did not honor their return policy and offered me $12 if I kept my order (which amounted to $230). I would NEVER shop here again.
