You have replied on trust pilot that after due diligence was carried out by you, then decided to not offer me a trial, yet you never wrote to me directly to tell me this? but publish it on trust pilot, whilst I on the other hand wrote on trust pilot to inform you why you received a one star write up because you never informed me in the first place, despite numerous request for an update.
You are of course aware that all your current tipsters apply with no dillenge carried out because they go through a trial period first, so what on earth could any due diligence occur before a trial in the first instance could be carried out as no trial took place???

Secondly, I provided you with two years worth of data or verified through the Smart betting club and hall of fame standard, your checks or due diligence if checked properly, would have shown an ROI figure higher than any of your horse racing tipster on your platform currently, all of which took part in a trial first before commencing, if any consideration after checks were carried out, then why didn't you not write back to me to confirm out of courtesy and explain your reasons as to why before I resorted to trust pilot since you made no reply after three separate updates by myself to you requesting as to any updates, none of which occurred or any reply, yet your admin staff (N stevenswood) requested share of my data without even introducing themselves, honestly a review of the spreadsheet showing a historical ROI is in excess of 40% at a median average rate odds of 7.40, not one tipster on your platform comes remotely close, so clearly no due diligence was carried out at your end.

I think you're trying to obfuscate things by mentioning two things that are irrelevant to the point I'm making.

You keep mentioning that the number of tipsters increased in the VIP Club. So what?

You also mention no-one requested a refund when you ended the VIP Club. Again, so what?

Here's what I was sent at the end of December, 2017:

The point I keep making by reference to the above is that I was guaranteed all tipsters for life with no further payments. The inference here is that all tipsters on Tipster Empire will be available for free forever including new ones that will be added.

For convenience you brought together all your tipsters under one label, the VIP Club. All your tipsters are still on your website, except there's no longer this convenient label of the VIP Club. You say because the VIP Club no longer exists I will not receive any new tipsters. I will state, and I think most people will side with me, that your marketing contradicts this. Whether you group all the tipsters together as the VIP Club or some other label is irrelevant. You made no mention of not receiving tipsters in the future if the VIP club was disbanded.

That's the point I want people to be aware of, not irrelevant points about the number of tipsters increasing (and not by the numbers you mention when I was a member) or that refunds were available.

Future customers need to be aware that you can change your services as you see fit without regard to what was promised previously.

I signed up for the VIP lifetime offer on 29 Dec 2017. It may well have been running before that but I was not a member until then. At the time there were what, 20 odd tipsters available in the VIP Club as you have indicated?

Therefore your point about tipsters increasing is completely irrelevant to me given the time I signed up. If memory serves me only two new tipster have been added since I signed up, and one has been removed.

You have not addressed the false advertising, as the implication from your wording is clearly that all future tipsters will be available, no matter whether the tipsters are grouped together as a 'VIP Club' or not. Obviously you feel that Tipster Street can just change the way you market services and change the terms as you see fit.

Anyone reading the wording below in your original email will come to the same conclusion as me:

"You will NEVER have to pay another penny for any of our tipster services ever again!"

Signed up for their life time VIP offer at the beginning of the year. This was what was promised:

"You will NEVER have to pay another penny for any of our tipster services ever again!

£99 gets you all tipsters forever, even when new tipsters are launched. There will NEVER be any additional costs!"

They then stopped the VIP Club mid year, and as such they have said that as new tipsters do not come under the remit of the VIP club I am not entitled to receive tips from them.

This is obviously false advertising as the sales pitch when signing up had this:

"ALL of our tipsters for a LIFETIME for £99

And there's more...
We have FIVE new tipsters ready to launch in the new year!"

Note the capital letters for "ALL" and "LIFETIME".

No matter how good any tipsters are, if you have untrustworthy people running things then avoid them.

Excellent tips! Have been using them for a while!

I signed up for their Jumping for Profit service. Tips consisted largely of odds-on or short priced favourites and lost money, both over the 3 month period I was a member and over the whole jumps season.
Frankly not worth the money - I don't need a tipster to help me pick losing favourites.
I asked for a refund due to the poor performance which was refused, so a big fat zero for customer service.

I find this service excellent, the tips are great, the customer service is the best, I added a service at 9.00 on a Sunday not expecting ant tips until the Monday, how wrong was I within ten minutes email arrived from them giving Sunday selections now I call that outstanding.

The customer service is excellent, their blogs interesting and informative,their tips are delivered on time.This is the place to go if wishing to start up a tipster portfolio no doubt,with most sports covered...
