Very bad service, do not use this service, i have 3 customers lost they money just because they sent wrong emails and bounce , so they say we are "spammers" but it was just 3 emails bounce, so they suspend our account, no refund, we now use Workspace and no problem.

Titan was very helpful in diagnosing our issues with email deliverability by providing quick responses (< 5 hr) and expertly guiding us to a solution. However, we did also have some hiccups when attempting to send over images to the support team which could be improved.

The Titan support team has been prompt, helpful, and friendly when we have questions. We use Titan through WordPress for our small nonprofit, and the features are robust and useful. I've never used Titan before, but it's fairly intuitive and has a good "knowledge base", making it easy to learn how to use it.
