I have been using Titan mail for the last two years, it has been improving steadily. I use both the mobile and the desktop app. I teach online, so I send lots of Zoom invites for live group or private lessons every day. The templates and email tracking tools are indispensable for me, especially when sending an email to a group of people. The only thing that would make this better would be, if the templates could be reordered in the list. It would make the templates much easier to find. The customer service is responsive and helpful when trying to resolve a problem.

One feature I'd love to see is an AI-powered organizer that automatically sorts incoming emails into folders. For example, if I receive multiple emails from the same sender, the AI could group them together into a dedicated folder. This would keep my inbox clean and organized—even when I have numerous unread messages—so I can focus on what matters most.

For me the most important thing is that the platform is always available and avoid spam.

Lovely. Easy to open

This is by far the dumbest email service I have ever used. The email bounce back limit and suspension are unrealistic policies that demonstrate how completely detached they are from daily business operations. How do you know in advance whether or not an email address is still active? Do you honestly believe your customers have time to sit around and make up email addresses so they would deliberately bounce back? It's frustrating enough to know an email address is no longer active, but it's maddening when your email service provider is blaming you for intentionally doing it.
