DO NOT BACK THIS PROJECT OR THIS…
DO NOT BACK THIS PROJECT OR THIS COMPANY.
I backed the Titaner EDC System with an expected delivery of February 2026. My order did not arrive until late August 2026—about six months late.
And when it finally arrived, it was missing 24 individual items.
These were not random extras. They were connectors and components that were part of the Titaner EDC System I purchased and that were confirmed on my Kickstarter order. Without those pieces, the system I received is effectively worthless to me because I cannot use it the way I ordered and paid for it.
I contacted the company and showed them that my Kickstarter order listed the missing items as part of my pledge. Their response? They blamed PledgeBox, claimed PledgeBox made a mistake, and told me I was never supposed to receive those items.
Let that sink in.
My Kickstarter order says the items are included. They didn't send them. And instead of honoring what my order showed, they told me they would not provide the missing items—but I could BUY them from them for even more money.
So I waited about six months past the expected delivery date, received an incomplete Titaner EDC System, and was then told to spend even more money to get 24 connectors and components that my Kickstarter pledge showed were already included.
At this point, I have $350 down the drain on a system that I cannot properly use because the company did not provide all of the components I ordered.
I have backed more than 50 projects on Kickstarter, so I am not new to crowdfunding. I understand that delays happen and that Kickstarter projects come with risks. But there is a huge difference between a project being delayed and a company refusing to provide items that my Kickstarter order shows were part of what I purchased.
I will be reporting this situation to Kickstarter and providing them with the documentation showing what I ordered, what was confirmed, what was delivered, and the company's response.
And I will be very disappointed if Kickstarter does not take appropriate action when a creator refuses to honor what was confirmed in a backer's order. If Kickstarter is unwilling to protect backers in a situation like this, then after supporting more than 50 projects, I will never back another Kickstarter project again.
That is how strongly I feel about this experience.
Do not back this company. Do not give them more money. Based on my experience, I would never trust this company with another dollar.
If you're considering backing the Titaner EDC System, take screenshots of everything you're promised—because apparently even what appears on your Kickstarter order may not be enough for this company to honor it.
