Painfully slow to process returns
Most of the time I am happy with my Title Nine purchases, but unfortunately the few times I’ve had to return things, it takes an eternity to get a refund. I sent something back 6/11 and got an email 6/20 saying my return had been received and I would see a refund within 1-2 weeks, but it has now 7/7 and I still haven’t seen the credit on my card. This has happened with items in the past, too, and is really frustrating, especially when you do your part to send the return back in a timely manner.

Return process is TERRIBLE
They charge for returns, first of all, which is pretty much unheard of nowadays. And $3 PER ITEM. The worst part is that even with charging $3 per item for returning, it’s taken a FULL MONTH for the return to process. Once they received the items back. That’s just to process the return, now it may take an additional 1-2 weeks for the refund to show up on my credit card. So all in all, I had to pay to return AND it will have taken OVER A MONTH to get my money back. In addition, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the swimwear; one item I send back had thread already unraveling and the stitching fell in weird places on the top. I will never order from them again.

Love the quality
Love the quality of the items I purchased (bathing suits and skorts). The things that didn’t fit I was able to return. Is a little pricey overall, but I am happy with my purchases.

Sell down clothing. Geese really suffer in cruel conditions before being brutally murdered for their down clothing. Don't buy, please help the animals.

Women who love the outdoors, this one's for you! If you don't know about the company Title Nine, check them out! I love their styles of clothing. The clothes are comfortable and of good quality. They last a long time. Perfect outdoor clothing for women who are active and want to look good at the same time!
