I had the same exact experience as the users below and Tivaro even dared to dispute my bank's challenge (I requested a chargeback since nothing was ever delivered). We'll see if I get any money back but they are absolute scammers.

Placed an order 4/1/26.
Received an email 20/1/26 advising there were shipment delays and expected to be sent 26/2. I have tried to call several times and emailed with NO response.

Taken my money & not delivered the goods!!!

Don’t use this company as they are not to be trusted. I ordered a composite cement outdoor table early February and have heard nothing since. Have phoned and left messages also emails to no resolution. Have reported them to PayPal but don’t know if I will ever get my money back. Total scam.

I had the same experience.
They were all over me and my questions before I made the purchase.
I have in writing everything from dispatch same day if purchased before 2 pm, delivery time to Perth 5 days and the list goes on.
After my purchase NOTHING.
I emailed, called, left voice messages, SMS their contact number all multiple times. Still NOTHING.
I had to wait for PayPal to intervene and refund my money.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING.

I ordered a faux tree from them on 20/2/26, their website says it ships same day for orders made before 2pm and next day after 2pm, because it was a Friday I thought it would ship on the Monday. 8 days later, no shipping information. I have called 3 times it goes to voicemail and no response, I’ve emailed 3 times, no reply. I left a message on their instagram- no reply.
After reading the other reviews here, it’s clear it’s a scam operation and I will be contacting my bank to get a refund and report them to consumer affairs! Do NOT buy from them!!!

I have ordered something three weeks ago and nothing plus no correspondence …

I ordered some outdoor furniture worth a couple of thousand dollars from these people. Since then I have had absolutely no communication. I have called and emailed multiple times with no response. One comment said the only way to get a response is to put in a dispute with your bank to get the money back. That person was right, I was then told there was a delay. I think they want you to wait till a certain time has passed that the banks cannot do anything. Definitely do not purchase from this business! I have just now received a refund from my bank. Please don’t wait, put a dispute in with your bank.

I ordered a planter pot on the 9/2/26. Since then I have had absolutely no communication from the seller. I have attempted to email and call them but no response is returned. No not purchase from this business! I have started a refund process from my bank and I have immediately received a refund.

I placed an order with Tivaro furniture on 28/01/2026. Payment was taken immediately. I did not receive any shipping confirmation or updates. I emailed and called multiple time, messaged on instagram also and received no response. After waiting and getting no communication, I had to lodge a dispute with my bank. I recommend other customers proceed with extreme caution.

Tried to leave a review on their website, automatically deletes. Only has 5 star reviews which are all fake, you can pay a companyto supply you with fake reviews. Beware do not buy from this company, they will take your money and send you nothing !!!!!

Scammers!! Do not buy from this site. They take your money do not provide a tracking for your order and when you try to contact them the phone rings out and goes straight to message bank,no reply to emails either.

Scam. Ordered a gas bottle cover. Received no communication about the status of my order after 2 weeks. I received no reply to my email and phone just went to voicemail. Thankfully was able to request a refund from PayPal.
