Lisa Towey Tivoli Travel Reviews

No surprise at all to see a clean sweep of five star reviews for Lisa. Superb service. So friendly and thorough. Nothing left to chance. Big group bookings - no problem at all! Thanks again, Lisa!

From conception to travel everything was perfect. Lisa really goes that extra mile to provide first class trips. I gave Lisa a general idea of the area we wanted to cover and Lisa populated all the hotels car and flights. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our travel now

Lisa is just fantastic at what she does. My 4th holiday using her, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Attention to detail, friendliness, prices. Can’t fault anything. Looking forward to booking the next one :)

She makes the process so simple, even when there are changes I need to make they’re done with no fuss at all.

Thank you again

Can’t fault the service provided by Lisa. Her patience and attention to detail are second to none. She is more than happy to spend time going through what you need and would like from your holiday. Her attention is there right up to travelling and afterwards. We’ve booked a few trips with Lisa and will continue to do so. Thanks for all your help with everything!

Lisa has provided me with travel assistance for years now and I would not go to anyone else. She is so thorough, so personalised and just the consummate expert in what she does, and the personal touch that she adds makes her unique and second to none.

This is the second time I’ve used Lisa to sort me out with a holiday…..she makes it easy.
Lisa is always pleasant and helpful…she is always on the ball and tells me everything I need to know especially now this new passport malarkey has come in Lisa told me what to expect and that there may be a line up getting through
Everything Lisa booked for me went like clockwork…I would definitely be using her again and would recommend her in a heart beat
Had a great holiday
Thanks Lisa

Lisa is fantastic at what she does!

I’ve booked a number of holidays with her now and it’s always been the same friendly and efficient service.

She looks for and gets you exactly what you want and is also honest in her service and will tell you when she can’t beat a price.

She sends friendly reminders to take all the hassle out of the build up to a holiday etc.

She’s the only travel agent I now deal with and recommend her to many, I can’t recommend her enough!

A world class service from start to finish.Lisa takes a lot of the stressful work from holiday booking away from you so you can concentrate on getting your own personal things right, she even reminds you of the finer points from travel requirements to the all important “don’t forget” items. I have booked numerous holidays now over a good number of years with Lisa and have never been disappointed. Her service and attention to detail is exceptional, look forward to the next booking! Thankyou!

I am so happy i chose to book my holiday through Lisa, It was so simple to book and took out all the time and stress out of the booking process, we had an amazing stay in disney land Paris it was everything we asked for and it was so much easier having Lisa check in for us, send us our boarding passes ect, and even booked our airport parking and fast passes, Her knowledge and attention to detail of every part of the booking process was fantastic and i couldn't recommend Lisa more, I have already booked a second holiday and its a game changer, no stress at all and she found us the perfect holiday again!

I can’t thank Lisa enough for all her help. From start to finish she has been professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she has always taken the time to answer questions and keep me updated throughout the process.

Lisa’s communication has been excellent, and her knowledge and attention to detail have given me complete confidence every step of the way. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.

I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a reliable, approachable, and dedicated professional. Thank you for all your hard work and support – it has been greatly appreciated.
