Bought Liverpool tickets.
Was bit concerned when noticed no phone number on site after booking .
But 2 days before I was contacted for all travellers names and then received tickets day before match .
Everything went well with the match and tickets .

Only negative was package said hotel vouchers included but we never got these. So gave it 4 stars .

Bought a few tickets now and never had any problems.I usually buy late when tickets are cheap and under actual club prices for ordinary seats and still the delivery is excellent.

I was really dubious buying these as a Christmas gift back in Oct 2025 for a February 2026 game at Old Trafford but read reviews and the reviews were great , I emailed a couple times regards a date I would receive and didn’t get a reply until a few days before but Jack was helpful letting me know when I would receive the tickets ! Hospitality in the “kit room” was great! Lovely unlimited food , tea coffee and great seats !! we had an amazing time at the Man Utd game and experienced a great fergie time winner! Even though I was little stressed with the tickets arrival I would 100% use tixtfy again!!!

Tickets were sent via email 2 days before the event as expected.
Only thing that concerned me as first time user of website was lack of communications, but all legit and their customer service was pretty quick via email. Highly recommended

Delivered exaclty as advertised. As with anything online I was worried I was being duped but the communication and tickets arrived and the process was seamless.
