We want to clarify that the tickets you purchased through our platform were valid, as evidenced by many other customers who arrived on time and successfully entered the venue using the same ticket type. Unfortunately, if the venue management refuses entry due to overcrowding or closed gates, this is beyond our control.
It’s important to note that if the tickets had been invalid, the event organisers would have provided written confirmation of this claim. If you were given such documentation, please share it with us so we can investigate further.
