Pricey but SO worth it!

Great customer service
Hi there,
I wanted to share my recent experience and say thank you. I purchased two pairs of shoes and absolutely loved them. However, the platform flip flops were unfortunately very uncomfortable—I wore them for about three hours and couldn’t continue because they were too painful. I wear flip flops all the time, including heeled styles, so this was surprising and felt like more of a design issue for me.
When I reached out to customer service, I was initially told that since I had worn them, there wasn’t much that could be done, which I understood. I was planning to donate them. However, shortly after, I received a gift card, which I truly appreciated.
I used it to purchase another pair that I love, and I just wanted to say thank you for making that right. It really means a lot, and I will definitely continue shopping with you in the future.

Their products are well made and so comfortable. The sleeper bags are going to come in so handy when I’m traveling.

Exchange process for a different product is very confusing and when I asked for clarification the response repeated everything I said I already tried. Not very personal...felt like an AI response that didn't actually help me at all. Frustrating to have to ask 3 times and get no help. The product isn't worth the trouble quite honestly.
