I’m relocating from London to the North East to focus on growing my property business, and I can honestly say the entire process with TKI Residential was incredibly smooth and efficient from start to finish.

From the initial viewing, to referencing, right through to key collection, everything was handled professionally and promptly. A massive thank you to Lauren, who kindly handed over the keys outside office hours, which I truly appreciated and made a huge difference during a time-sensitive move.

I was initially warned by several people to be cautious when dealing with letting agents, but Lauren and the TKI team completely changed that perception for me. Lauren was consistently responsive throughout the process, and when she was unwell, Justin stepped in seamlessly, which really shows how reliable and supportive the whole team is.

For years, I’ve only rented directly from landlords, so this was actually my first experience going through a letting agent. Given how quickly I needed to relocate, I’m genuinely glad I chose TKI. The process felt organised, transparent, and stress-free throughout.

Since TKI took over there has definitely been a massive improvement. Everyone I have spoken to are all polite and professional, whenever I’ve had an issue Lauren always sorts it very quickly and keeps me updated and also makes sure the jobs been done properly.
