Fake team scammers and fake perfumes

Great Experience with TMPH just recieved the parcel yesterday

Contacted me unsolicited by WhatsApp claiming to be a hotel that I had booked. Dodgy link embedded in the message

Worst perfume purchase experience I’ve had. These so-called “clones” smell like the cheapest synthetic mix possible — harsh, pungent, and completely unrefined. Not even remotely close to the originals they claim to replicate. Longevity? Practically nonexistent. It disappears faster than their credibility should.
Don’t be fooled by their fancy packaging and aggressive marketing. It’s clear all their budget goes into ads and aesthetics, not into actually developing a decent fragrance. This is a classic case of style over substance — except there’s no substance at all.
Even their samples feel like a waste of money, which says a lot. First time I’ve genuinely regretted spending even a small amount on perfumes. Every time I now see their ads, it just feels like a reminder of how misleading their branding is.
The positive reviews online are honestly suspicious. Either heavily incentivized, filtered, or written by people who’ve never experienced the real fragrances they’re trying to imitate. Anyone with even basic exposure to original perfumes will immediately recognize how far off these are.
There’s zero chance of customer retention with this level of quality. You might fool someone once with marketing, but you can’t build a business on disappointment. This feels less like a brand and more like a short-term cash grab.
Message to the founders: fix your product instead of overhyping mediocrity. Either invest in actual formulation quality or stop making exaggerated claims that don’t hold up in real-world use. Customers aren’t stupid — they just take one bad experience to walk away permanently.

Their customer support and communication totally zero and I have gave them correct address but they have dispatch the parcel to the wrong address. Wastage of time and money. I don’t know, I’ll get my parcel or not.

Perfume is very long lasting product are good and superb Quality. ....

Their perfumes are amazing excellent long lasting and projection and almost 90% similar to the original. The main issue is the after sales service and coordination. I am Their customer since long and all the time I buy in bulk. Each and every time they either sends 1-2 wrong items or they miss to send. This is totally a harassment and very very poor customer service. Despite of the complaint you make they just delay and try to pass the ball everytime. If they improve their after sales service and customer support then only buy otherwise you have to face lot of trouble and need to invest your valuable time to get these kind of issues solved!! Very very pathetic and poor customer service!!!!

Extremely inadequate dispatch and communication. They promise same-day dispatch for orders, yet after payment, they neglect both you and your order, ultimately dispatching the product 6 to 7 days after the order is placed. Additionally, I have to consistently follow up, as they are unable to manage orders in a timely manner. Therefore, I advise against purchasing from them.

I’ve spent over ₹50,000 here, but the service has gone from bad to worse. Sales and delivery are totally uncoordinated, delays every time, and no proper updates. If you order original (OG) perfumes, they’ll take the money, then later say it’s out of stock and push you to buy something else — and forget about refunds!

Customer care never answers calls or resolves anything.
Their perfumes are good, but service is terrible.

The perfumes dont last more than half hour. At the time of order they will assure to deliver in 7 days and their dispatch itself takes 5 days to send. They have downgraded their perfume quality and they dont last long.

I ordered from TM Fragrance after seeing their Instagram ads. My experience:

– After ordering, they pressured me into paying extra or spamming their WhatsApp/YouTube with fake engagement to get “fast shipping.”
– They demanded fake reviews before delivery.
– Delivery was delayed for 10+ days, and even then, the extra perfume they promised was missing.
– The perfumes I finally received are very poor quality: weak concentration, don’t last more than 30 minutes, and smell nothing like the originals they claim to “clone.”
– Customer support is unprofessional, lazy, and pushy.

In short: They overpromise, underdeliver, and the product is not worth the money. Please think twice before buying from them.

Ordered 5 fragrance from their customer service number. They stopped answering once the payment is made. They didn't even ship the order. Its been 10 days. I message them everyday. But no response.

I am highly disappointed with the service provided. Despite repeated attempts, my calls are not being answered and my messages remain unattended. More than 9 days I have paid for order but no any order dispatched from their end.This lack of communication and support is extremely unprofessional and causes unnecessary inconvenience. I request you to kindly look into this matter and improve your customer service immediately.”
