TMT Legal Services LLP  Reviews

Alan Knight was exceptional in progressing our house sale and purchase. Especially so, because of time pressure to complete by 1st April 2025 to meet the tax deadline essential for a member of the housing chain. Always a friendly, helpful and reassuring voice during an emotionally taxing process. Very efficient and effective, highly recommended.

I can't thank Kayleigh from TMT Legal Services enough for all the hard work and effort she put into the purchase of our property, especially during such a manic month for everyone.
Kayleigh is very professional, was very polite and got back to me either by phone or email whenever she was able to. Can definitely recommend.

I'm sure it's a team effort, but Kayleigh Ryan of TMT was absolutely amazing during my home purchase. She kept me updated on the progress, took my calls when I had questions (even though she was extremely busy with other clients) I think this is why Kayleigh and TMT are so impressive in that they made me feel like I was their only client. They were able to tell me immediately about the progress / outstanding enquiries / results rather than me waiting several days for an update.

I can't stress how impressed I was throughout this purchase, and will be recommending them to family and friends.

TMT we're great ! I have just completed on a new property, Shannon Doyle was fantastic, from viewing to completion took 7 weeks. Shannon would respond to my emails within minutes! Not hours or days ! Always took my calls. Very thorough with details and information being provided.

With stamp duty rises approaching at the end of March I did not find myself at all putting TMT under pressure to complete prior to the 31st March , TMT gave me comfort from the go they would complete before the deadline.

Based on Shannon's performance Iv now started a new process to sell one of my properties with TMT and of course I have ensured that Shannon Doyle is dealing with the sale of this property!

Thank you TMT and Shannon for your hard work and great performance. Best solicitors I've worked with to date.

Used TMT legal services when selling our house. Very pleased with the service. Kayleigh Ryan was really friendly, very efficient and kept us in the loop the whole time. Would thoroughly recommend.

Natasha and the team helped us with a sale of a property and purchase of a new property. They were excellent, really helped us through the whole transaction and were great with communications.

A very professional outfit that I've started using for other business transactions, and I'm recommending them to friends and family because it is great to find Solicitors who make it look easy like they do.

The conveyancing world can be daunting with a lot of sloppy work .
Not here though.TMT were prompt, efficient and very professional in all the dealings.
Help was always there for any challenges with the mountain of paperwork.
Great response times .
You do need to be pretty “ internet” savvy as it is all electronic.
The manual options are not hard though.
Would recommend to anyone .

We were very satisfied with TMT. They were not phased when our first attempt to sell failed but waited patiently as we found a new buyer. They answered all our queries promptly and the whole team were very friendly.

Very impressed with Kayleigh who handled the sale of my property, who was professional , polite and just a thoroughly nice person ! I was kept informed at all stages and the sale was seamless , cannot thank her enough for making a stressful event , not one ! I would highly recommend Kayleigh and TMT for your legal services .

TMT managed my legals for the lease of my new salon and they were fantastic from start to finish. I didn't have a clue what I needed but Claire explained the process at each step and I had my shiny new salon in no time at all. I was very impressed with their service for they kept me updated promptly at each stage. Highly professional and I can't recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend Shannon and the team at TMT.

Having used other companies in the past and not being impressed by their services I was under the impression that this was how all solicitors worked, however Shannon has been like a breath of fresh air, quick to reply to emails, quick to get me ready to exchange, Shannon has been beyond helpful with any queries I have had. The TMT team have all been extremely helpful and friendly at all points of contact.

This is a company I will be highly recommending to friends and family and will be using again in the future.

Megan and Natasha kept me updated throughout the sale and purchase process and managed everything expertly through to exchange. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Kayleigh and her team for making my property purchase a smooth and stress-free experience. Kayleigh was exceptionally responsible, always answering my questions within one working day and providing thorough explanations. She was friendly, considerate, and showed great attention to detail throughout the process. Her professionalism and dedication truly set her apart. I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor—top-notch service from start to finish! Highly recommended!

Kayleigh, Sarah and their team at TMT have been so efficient and helpful in selling my property. They have communicated clearly and promptly and unlike so many other firms they have always answered the phone and replied very quickly. The quickest and easiest property sale I have ever done.

I would not hesitate to recommend TMT for conveyancing. The whole process has been efficient. Communication has always been timely.
It has been particularly helpful to able to call in to the office for small queries which were dealt with and answered as soon as possible.
Thank you

A honest review via email to Natasha Jessop Conveyancing Executive -
Dear Natasha.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you so very much for your support during my mortgage process.

You have dealt with my case holistically giving it a humanised feel but at the same time keeping a professional stance and boundaries in place which is a specialist thing to do.

I explained from the offset this was a first time buy for me and a little about my traumatic background and how much the house meant to me for my future. You have worked tirelessly for me and succeed with the end goal.

Your customer care, interpersonal skills, communication has been exceptional. I am a stress ball at the best of times and you have done your best to reply quickly to me and reassure me where possible even when you have numerous cases to deal with.

I cannot thank you enough and I will of course recommend you and the company to anyone who needs it.

One happy gal!! Now I am off to place my lucky pink kettle in my new home!!

Shannon at TMT offered a professional, quick and informative service from start to finish. She has a glowing reputation within the local area and sets the benchmark for what good conveyancing looks like. She took the stress out of the process, knowing she had everything in hand, with her accuracy, attention to detail and pace. Thank you so much Shannon.

I have used solicitors for conveyancing a few times and each time there have been frustrations in delays and lack of communication. I got none of that with TMT and they were on it. Unfortunately the buyers convenyancing team were not as good but TMT were all over the process. Shannon looked after my requirements with expertise and accuracy and I would highly recommend their services and will use them again if the need arises.

Very quick responses, very helpful

Excellent service from Shannon when both selling our house and purchasing our new one. Extremely quick turnaround and both exchange and completion days went without a hitch. Would definitely recommend.
