Highly recommend ! As a first time buyer it was stressful however sian was amazing for me, nothing felt like too much to ask for, a mortgage advisor is suppose to be your best friend and Sian really was, am sure any member of the mortgage zone will be the same.

First time buyer with a gifted equity deposit which seemed too much for other advisors to be bothered with, Paul stepped in and has been brilliant throughout! We bought a property at auction and had to gain a mortgage before the 30day completion date. Becky and Sian works very fast to secure the money before we signed the documents. In addition, they worked hard to liaise with the sellers agents and speed up the valuation process.

My husband and I decided we wanted to buy our first house during a pandemic. The advise we received from Sian Charity was excellent, and her service was brilliant. I've used these guys several times now, the stress I put them under and they never cracked once. Recently I had to remortgage 3 rental properties and a home purchase on top too, all in one hit, I personally didn't know if I was coming or going with it all.......but Like I say, they never cracked once and I felt hand held all the way and guided, it wouldn't of been possible to achieve our family dream without them. I highly recommend all of their services as I find them faultless.

All staff polite and friendly, communication easy, cost all known in advance..... Just magic, what more could you ask for, thank you mortgage zone for enabling us to get that extra bedroom, off road parking and a garage that we as a family so desperately needed.

Couldn’t recommend Becky and Sian, and the wider Mortgage Zone service, highly enough. They’ve been helpful, communicative and prompt from start to finish.
They took all the stress out of being a first timer buyer and found a great deal for us, then helped with insurance as well as sorting everything for recently remortgaging two years later.
