I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this time I feel it's important to warn potential customers about my experience.
I placed an order for a Brazilian clip in hair on 8th July because I was due to travel to Italy today (7th August) for a special event.
By 20th July, I still hadn't received any updates or a tracking number, so I contacted TAMBG to ask whether my order would arrive on time. Reedah replied 24 hours later, saying she would check on my order and get back to me. She also assured me that it would arrive before 7th August. Unfortunately, she never got back to me, which was my first red flag.
On 31st July, I contacted her again because there was still no tracking information. She told me I could pay an extra £30 for express delivery (even though I live in the UK) to receive it on 4th August. Otherwise, she assured me it would definitely arrive on 5th August, or 6th August at the latest, with standard delivery.
I decided to wait, but my order never arrived.
I contacted the company again and even asked whether I could collect it from their office, but I was completely ignored. For three days, nobody replied to any of my messages.
I am incredibly frustrated because, if I had known the order wasn't going to arrive, I would have bought my hair somewhere else instead, I now have to request a refund and attend my event without it!
This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I spent yesterday in tears because of how poorly this was handled. I cannot believe a company would repeatedly make promises, fail to communicate, and then ignore its customer completely.
I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice, especially if you need your order by a specific date.

I have been a customer for a number of years and, whilst I have had a mix of experiences over that time, this recent situation has been extremely disappointing.

I received bundles with a texture issue which the company later acknowledged was due to a batch problem. My concern was not simply that a mistake occurred, but that products with known inconsistencies still appeared to be sent out, raising concerns around quality control and accountability.

I then ordered an alternative wig, only to experience the same issue again.

I initially attempted to resolve matters privately before leaving a review. Following this, I was contacted and advised that a refund would be processed upon return of the items. I returned the products promptly, provided proof of delivery, and repeatedly followed up due to inconsistent communication and changing timelines regarding the refund process.

What has ultimately been most disappointing has been the handling of the situation. Rather than a straightforward and professional resolution, the communication became defensive at times, with pressure placed around my review instead of focusing on resolving the issue efficiently.

Most concerningly, despite a refund being agreed, replacement items were then dispatched without my agreement, even after I had already purchased alternatives due to the delays experienced.

Mistakes can happen in any business. However, accountability, professionalism, clear communication and respecting agreed resolutions are equally important when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in those areas.

Product arrived promptly, packaged beautifully. Not used yet, but seems lovely quality.

I bought some yaki weave/sew in and it was shipped to Spain. I am delighted with the quality of the hair. I think it's the best quality weave I have seen and will buy again. The customer service was excellent.

Beware. Order Never Received.

I ordered on November 4th and it is now December 7th still not received my order!!!

I paid just under £200 for my product. This is disgraceful. They have lied about the delivery and still have taken my money without sending me my order!!

Start to finish great experience. Anu was so helpful. We spent at least 30 minutes on the phone discussing the hair options and textures and I felt comfortable ordering then and there. The customer service was excellent but the quality of the hair even more so! Will 100% use them over and over again. Thank you so much for helping me love my curls!

Great bonnet! Really pleased with the quality and shipping was quick.

As a first-time weave wearer, I was very keen to get good-quality hair! After some research and reading through the reviews (which were so so helpful) I went ahead and ordered the straight kinky hair from To All My Black Girls. Of course, I awaited with anticipation but there was a delay with the shipment. I appreciated Anu's honesty and transparency and quick resolve to the situation (as this was the first time that they delivered to the UAE). The quality though is absolutley amazing, and is definitely worth the wait! I highly recommend and will be purchasing some more hair very soon!

Truly the BEST hair extensions i have ever bought. Straight out the pack the hair is super soft and does not smell. The hair also matches my natural hair perfectly! Shipping was fast and I love the packaging too. This is the only brand I’ve heard of offering a 60-day guarantee which is amazing but from what i can see, I wont be needing it. I’m just so happy its a black owned brand based in UK that has something for us!! 10*

Good quality silk material for the kid’s bonnet, however the band texture could be improved on (a softer band) for added comfort, especially because it is made as a one size fits all for kids, including infants.

Decent quality but overpriced. Volume was less than expected. Delivery took about 2.5weeks. Had to pay extra to get the item shipped even after paying for shipping.

A perfect experience from start to finish! I appreciated the consultation on WhatsApp prior my purchase as it helped to reassure me. It’s also a big plus that a colouring service is offered (I always felt like this was missing from other suppliers).
The hair arrived in a neat box with a silky interior which I appreciate as it keeps the hair moisturised when stored. It also came with an instruction leaflet. The hair feels soft and of high quality.
Overall I am beyond happy!

This company provides exceptional customer service. They provide comprehensive advice and information on all products and how to maintain the quality of hair. They exceeded my expectations and I would repurchase from them again
