I purchased the heated base layer shirt and pants, the garments are nicer than I expected, I did have an issue with my order, Tess and the crew at Toasty Body went above and beyond to make things right, I would highly recommend doing business with these folks

The other reviews tell the story unfortunately.
- This company isn’t sending stock from the UK - it *appears* they’re taking money and then ordering from China (which may be the reason they aren’t accepting returns as they cant return stuff to China - thats a guess as its all very opaque so they presumably just order another one from China.
So - zero issue with where things are made - most stuff is made outside the UK. Massive issue with a delivery option that says Royal Mail delivery and priority processing. That may not be illegal as maybe the ‘last mile’ delivery company are maybe Royal Mail but it’s clearly designed to suggest, with it being a UK company (just a trading name though), and using Royal Mail delivery, that they’re shipping from the UK and are a company you’d be able to return stuff to in the event of issues.
Shipping is advertised as delivery by Royal Mail in 4-8 days which they have chosen not to fulfil (was it even possible from China - seems unlikely … certainly hasn’t happened in 13 days for me). Misleading delivery timeframes.
Ordered the base layer set for my son for his birthday. The top was a little too small for him was able to exchange the top for a bigger size with no questions asked! They have great customer service with quick response! Very pleased. Will definitely do business with them again.
The order process went great, I even ordered the wrong size and they shipped out the right size for me! Only thing that I did not like is the sleeves run very short, they are more so quarter sleeve instead of full sleeve. They are very comfortable and thick and keep the heat in, would definitely order more

There were quite a number of mixed messages regarding delivery companies, delivery times, and delivery methods. Granted, this was as much the fault of the delivery companies as it was Toastybody, but some of the blame should be shared. Delivery was very slow, and when the main order arrived only half of the order that was apparently sent was included in the package. On a positive note, the customer service I received was excellent, and the missing items were sent out without a fuss.

I seriously advise anyone to avoid this company at all cost! They lie, then they lie to cover up their lies.... ad infinitum! Their estimated dispatch dates are laughable, but thye cover up by claiming the courier has the goods, though the courier denies any knowledge.... and so it goes on. They wouldn't cancel the order when requested. They failed to reply to questions and requests. When they goods did come the quality was poor and the sizing was ridiculous. A 'small adult' size would scarcely fit a 7 year old. Eventually they gave me my money back and told me I could keep the product - which was so poor quality and so small that I just threw it in the bin. Avoid this company!!!!

I had a good experience with this company. Shipping was timely & I received the correct items. I did order the wrong size for someone else as a gift. Once the person tried them on we realized we needed a bigger size. I reached out to the company to see about returning the items for larger sizes. Not only were they great about getting the new sizes shipped out immediately, but they also told me not to worry about returning the original items. Great customer service.

In all my 65 years young life, I have never experienced anything like what I experienced with your most OUTSTANDING customer service representative, TESS SIMENE!!! Let me begin by congratulating whoever was responsible for hiring such an AMAZING team member as TESS SIMENE!!! I have never purchased anything from your WONDERFUL COMPANY, TOASTY BODY, and so I decided that I loved the concept and decided to purchase XL men’s top, bottom and the double warmer pack as a gift for my son in law. The package arrived in a timely fashion, was neatly packaged and I was so pleased. When I opened the contents to make sure the correct size had been delivered, I truly couldn’t believe that the tag did say XL… I put the top and the bottom up against me and it was so small against me! I double checked again my order to make sure that I had ordered the correct size; and, the order did indeed say XL Men. I knew without a doubt that this outfit was never going to fit my son in law and I read all about the return policy. I followed the instructions and was sent an email that my return was approved. I now knew I needed the return label from your company and the email said that I would be responsible for the shipping. I did not argue that fact although I was disappointed as it was truly not my fault that the sizing was so off. TESS SIMENE did send a nice and professional email offering to credit me one half of my purchase and to save the other half of my purchase price as a credit towards a future item from your company. She also did offer for me to keep the items to help avoid the hassle of returns. I did acknowledge her kindness and her professionalism, but I did request my return shipping label and to please credit my account as I really had no need for the products if it was not going to fit the gift recipient. I absolutely was astonished by her KIND, PROFESSIONAL, GRACIOUS and COURTEOUS RESPONSE in her empathy and understanding!!! She SO KINDLY wrote that she was going to credit back my full purchase price and she did not want me to go through the hassle of the return and so she so thoughtfully stated that I could keep the products, perhaps donate them to a charity, which I have done!!! AMAZING, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from an AMAZING, OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE, TESS SIMENE!!! As I wrote in my email to her, I truly do hope that your EXCELLENT COMPANY succeeds as you most certainly have amazing products, amazing concepts, and so importantly, amazing employees and team members!!!You have certainly stood behind your products and have EXCEEDED CUSTOMER SERVICE (and this is even when the products did not work out!!!) However, because of such PROFESSIONALISM, I will indeed be sharing my AWESOME EXPERIENCE with TOASTY BODY and TESS SIMENE and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND your company and products!!!My only suggestion as a consumer is to dedicate review of the sizing of your products!!!
