The jacket was made well and kept me warm! My only complaint was that it arrived late and I wanted it for Christmas. In the future I will order sooner to avoid this.

Easy ordering process. Quick enough turn around time. However, for some reason, my payment method was declined after I had already received my order. I do not understand how I was able to order, get confirmation, and receive my order, then have payment declined???

Shipping was the only problem. Battery arrived week before jacket. Battery is heavy in its pocket.
Coat keeps me warm for sure. Love it. Wish it had an off button instead of having to unplug it.

Product did not arrive within delivery time frame. Order 2nd Dec as Xmas gift amd still hasn't arrived on 15th Jan. Customer service provides NO information but uses generic "we understand" jargon but offers now actual information on when something will be delivered. Only that "its coming". Have said if it didn't arrive soon id seek a refund and Tesse (cust service rep) said they could start that. When it remained undelivered I asked for the refund only to be told they can't. Handled absolutely terribly for a small sum of money for them.

No goods, no information. Ordered 9.1.26 and advised on the way by Evri, by 15.01.26 still no update so on contacting company because checking my order number and it not appearing on their web page suddenly it has supposedly been despatched. Legitimate company? 0nly time will tell.

The size I ordered did not fit me. I contacted the company and got an immediate reply stating they will send me another coat. In addition to that they stated to keep the first coat and donate it. They were great with answering any questions promptly! Amazing!

I ordered the Heated Base Layer Top in Xl. What arrived was a small. I normally wear a Large and the sleeves on this thing didn't even come to the end of my arms. I'm guessing its a small as there isn't actually a label in the item, which I'm not entirely sure is legal? The same day it arrived I registered for a return.
Its taken ToastyBody a month to reply and then they have tried to fob me off with keeping the garment and a 50% refund. I refused so they offered 80%. I still refuse so now they are saying they are un able to take the garment back as its been to long and they can't process a fall refund.
This is utter BullS**T. It is the law that customers can return items within 14 days for a full refund. I would have sent it back the day it arrived if Toasty Body had processed my request and provided a return address.
Stay clear of this company, there are many other options out there.

They actually responded back and made everything square. I was happy with my refund and may use them in the future. My wife just had an allergic reaction to it but it did get nice and warm!!

Very happy with the product.
Unfortunately it developed a problem after about 3 weeks. After an exchange of emails a replacement has been offered. Awaiting delivery, but so far impressed with the item and customer service.
UPDATE
Product ordered 8th December, delivered 24th December.
Used for just over 2 weeks.
12th January notified customer service of fault, namely it switches itself of immediately on powering up.
Exchange of e mails including video of fault.
15th January fault accepted by 'Tess' and replacement offered.
Then followed by emails from 'Keilah', first 17th January offering 50% discount then 18th January offering 80% discount but no replacement. The product is faulty, not fit for purpose. Instead of a heated gilet it is a simple body warmer. I have said numerous times now that full refund or replacement are the only options.
All I get from Keilah are emails starting 'We are sorry you no longer want the product'. PLease get the message it is FAULTY.
If I had received the working replacement as offered by Tess on 15th January I would have maintained my original 5* review. However, the customer service is at best poor.
I would suggest some of the reviews on customer service are, in my experience, questionable! As i have only received one faulty gilet and no replacement I have to rate the product as poor too as I have nothing else to measure.
Further update 9th February 2026
Eventually on 26th January a full refund was returned to my account, for which I was grateful.
16th February a response via Trustpilot from Toastybody as seen below. It took them a while and can they not see from the account that the refund has been made?
Conclusion, they did eventually refund me but it took an exchange of numerous email to achieve that.
At least they acknowledged customer service was poor, but why did it take so long?

The rep is polite however if you can’t fulfill timely you can’t provide a good customer experience.

Arrived in good time. Jacket is good quality and fits to size expected. The warmth it generates is lovely, and it's great to be able to adjust the temperature. The kids call it my "Star Trek jacket". Very happy.

DO NOT USE this company. They have failed to deliver my order, and it is now over 30 days since I placed the order. They constantly tell me that the order is in transit and thank me for my patience.
They will not refund me and say they can't do anything. I paid for delivery protection, but seems irrelevant.
I can not stress enough that this is clearly a dummy company, I'm not sure I'll see my £76 again, although I'm making a claim for fraud through my bank.
In response to Toastybody's reply, they have told me that they can't actually do anything for me as the order is 'in transit'. I don't believe they have any intention of chasing the order, or refunding me.
