Terrible after sales service. Returned a Eufy security camera within one weekdue to a fault and a month later still no refund. They keep saying that the item has to be seen by thier technician, utter rubbish as it was faulty on delivery. Under UK consumer law they have to issue a refund as soon as they receive it, I posted the item back to them by special delivery. They are delaying with no good reason, AVOID them at all cost, very unprofessional and a rip-off company.

Ordered phone didn't look at reviews till day 3 found out it was coming from China bit concerned but day 9 the phone arrived as promised. The negative is the tracking it's meaning less

Bought Oneplus 8T on Dec 28th received the parcel in 9 days. Really appreciate for delivery when compared to the price what you get.

STRAIGHT FORWARD ORDERING FACILITY EASY TO USE

I have purchased from Toby Deals previously for a Canon lens so knew they were reliable. However on this occasion I was purchasing a more expensive item which was a Canon 90D. Once again everything was seamless and the camera was a significantly lower price than I could find elsewhere.
Postage took about a week but the item was dispatched quickly so I think the slight delay was due to disruption elsewhere.
Overall thoroughly recommend Toby.

Was a bit worried reading mixed reviews and spending a lot of money but lured by a good deal we got good communication throughout and a great product at the end within a few days.

Unfortunately I was another victim of these guys, don’t buy from them apparently it’s a fraud. It’s not UK based and after a long wait nothing comes in the post. Managed to get my money back via PayPal as they weren’t replying me emails

Superb store, never had any issues with anything I've ordered. I've bought many mobile phones for customers and each one has arrived quickly and has been exactly as a store bought one from the UK :)

Ordered an "In Stock" phone.Parcel ordered in November last year, still has not arrived It immediately stated on my order details "Processing". 2months later and several not replied to emails.

Ordered an "In Stock" phone on 2nd December. It immediately stated on my order details "Processing". 16 days later and several not replied to emails it still said "Processing".
First warning, this company operates from Hong Kong.
They refuse to reply to any email or enquiry sent to them.
They have your money and then you are forced to go through claiming it back through PayPal.
Luckily I did get my money back but at the expense of not knowing if I would and the time wasted.
My advice, spend the little extra on a trusted company..Toby Deals are to be avoided!

The prices are amazing , it sometimes takes 2 months to arrive , I have bought 10 items from here.

Bought a pair of JBL wireless headphones. Cheapest price I could find, really happy with them. Took over 3 weeks to arrive hence 4 not 5 stars. Would use them again.

Hi, my experience was positive, if one accepts the long delivery period of three weeks. During that period, nearly no news, except tracing that was poorly updated. Fully satisfied with the mobile phone at an incredible price. Really value for money.

Avoid. Goods shipped from Hong Kong and are Chinese products. Will take a long time to ship. Zero response to emails. You will have no protection even if paying by PayPal as they will ask you to send goods back to Hong Kong at your own expense.

Read the reviews giving 5 stars are fake. Please try there customer support. Saying u have not received your package. They will not reply unless u want 2 order

I did my research and therefore knew to expect a long wait and no supplementary comms i.e. company to customer dialogue. Ordered a phone and a tablet at amazing prices. As a first time customer I had decided to take my chances with this company and was resolved to simply wait with monk like discipline. Further, I didn't open their update emails until 3 weeks after order date, by this time it was middle of the UK Christmas holidays so I knew things would be delayed somewhat! That said I was then able to track the order from the communications Tobydeals provided and could see my package was in the UK- which was reassuring. My overall customer experience was pretty long at 35 days from order to products arrival (hence 4 stars not 5). I am writing this review on my new phone and my partner loves her new tablet. I am a very happy customer. Thank you Toby Deals.

I've bought three items from TobyDeals over the last five years, and I got to admit reading the flurry of negative reviews after I'd placed my latest order left me feeling a bit worried.

But about 20 days after I placed my order for a new Macbook, it arrived safely, well packaged and exactly as described. That's rather longer than promised on the website (and previous experiences), but given the festive season and pandemic it's not too bad.

They didn't respond to my customer support message after I went about five days without hearing anything, but eventually sent some tracking information (which didn't confirm receipt of parcel by courier until the night before delivery).

So heart in mouth moments aside, I'm very happy with the final result.

Excellent customer service. Fast response and accommodated my order change without any fuss at all.

I bought a set of Dyson hair straighteners which were in stock on 7th Dec, got a E mail from them that they are on there way after 5 E mail with the same message I cancelled them only to receive another E mail stating that once I received this E mail I could not cancel. Sent another E mail stating that I had cancelled the order the day before asking for my money back All gone quiet . As I paid with PayPal I contacted them gave them all the information and copies off all E mails. I had my money back within 48 hours. Dont bay from this company they are terrible.

The phone they sent me broke after a few months. They're refusing to honour their warranty, and the manufacturer won't fix it as TobyDeals is not a verified seller. I should have listened to all the other reviews.
