Ordered a Fuji X mount lens in November 2020. Received email on 3rd December to say item had been, "picked up by the courier"; and that a tracking number would be sent later (up to 72 hours later) by further email. Heard absolutely nothing since, no package, no further email. Contacted the 'support' email address on 2 occasions last being on 18th December. All my messages and appeals for information have been totally ignored.
My advice is to avoid this company, their prices may look good but the risk of being scammed is too great.

Update on my order:

So after having ordered my phone last month here’s what happened.

1. They gave me a false tracking number. I contacted the courier with the tracking number and they said they had never received the package from them.

2. I reported to PayPal and TobyDeals claims to PayPal that they delivered the package. lucky PayPal read my argument so they refunded me

3. I’m still in contact with TobyDeals and they’re claiming that they are still trying to “sort it out” with the courier and it may take weeks. (Basically trying to drag out the delivery time until they can cash out the PayPal money).

Conclusion. They are scammers.

They lure offering the lowest price.
I ordered a Samsung galaxy a71 on 30/11/20. Not shipped yet even not replied a single email. I am worried how could I get back my money.

Ordered a fujifilm xt20 on the 27 November .
Had no response from email minimal updates and still have no idea where this parcel is??
It has now been over a month since my order and still have absolutely no idea where it is.
Update saying "unforseen circumstances, delays???"

Do no waist your time with this company complete scammers.

Misleading advertising and ordering process. You are completely in the dark on shipping and tracking and communication from Tobydeals is largely non-existent. Might work fine if you’ve months to wait for an item. In my case an order placed 1 Dec only appeared on their tracking platform on 11 December and still today 19 Dec is only showing up as “on the way to” Hermes so suggesting it is still in a drop-ship pre-order stock fulfilment phase. So ignore any claims of “in stock” as that’s simply misleading. Buyer beware!

Found site easy to use. Good prices.

Patience required! This is the third time I have ordered from Toby Deals. In each case delivery was slow - you have to be patient if you want good prices! The previous two items both arrived eventually and were as ordered. In this latest case it took them two weeks to mark the shipment as 'complete', then another week before it arrived in the UK and showed up on DPD tracking. I sent three emails none of which they replied to! So in summary: good prices, slow delivery, appalling customer service.

I ordered a pair of Sony wm-1000xm3's after seeing a great deal on the TobyDeals website. Shortly after my order, I began to worry as I saw a few bad reviews which complained about products not arriving. I also didn't receive a confirmation email for my order. I contacted the customer service department and didn't get a response for a number of days. In the end, my worry was unnecessary because the earbuds arrived within 2 weeks as described. I saved around £50 on them and am very happy. Based on my experience, I recommend TobyDeals highly,

I ordered an iphone 11 3 weeks ago but for some issues they cancelled my order and sent an email of refunding in 10 days but after 3 weeks i tried to contact them but they didnt respond so i had to talk to my bank service to help me .Really disappointed and bad customer service.

Shame there is a no star option. Do not buy from these people, total scammers. I ordered a Samsung phone during the Black Friday deals as it was marginal!y cheaper than Amazon. I totally regret this as nearly a month later they confess they don't actually have any stock, so for the sake of £20 I have lost out on Amazon's excellent price and now have to pay £75 more! Very poor communication plus I am now settled in for a wait to get my money back. Paid by PayPal so fingers crossed.

Completely untrustworthy and unresponsive seller.

I placed an order with them for an item listed as in stock - chased them a week later for an order update and was told the item was no longer in stock due to demand - while it stayed listed as in stock on the website. Weeks pass with me sending further emails and them not responding, case is now escalated to Paypal. Delays due to Covid are absolutely understandable but misleading customers and ignoring their messages are not acceptable.

Please note that Tobydeals UK have 4 accounts here on Trustpilot and 3 of them have terrible ratings. Be aware.

I purchased a kindle paperwhite after looking for Black Friday deals and saw a fantastic offer on Tobydeals, £50 cheaper than any well known sites, so made my purchase without knowing it was actually a Hong Kong company as the website is slightly misleading. Then everyone from my husband to Martin Lewis made me think it was a scam, as a deal that looks too good probably is. . . . . But I payed through PayPal and had a couple of emails to tell me when it was been dispatched and shipped with various tracking numbers that didn't appear to work so I did have doubt not going to lie, but then I decided I would try and make contact next week, as everything is taken longer atm anyway let alone wit it beenChristmas! But its arrived today, well packaged and in its original box, no signs of tampering, and I couldn't be happier! Phoned my husband immediately to let him know it had arrived! I read alog of negative posts about Tobydeals AFTER I made the purchase but I have no complaints. The correspondence could be better but apart from that great product and DEFINITELY a great price, if you aren't in a rush to get items i would definitely use them again for electronics and also recommend

I ordered an set of Sony Headphones on 03/12/2020. Received notification that item has been shipped to Hermes. Hermes has been awaiting delivery since 11/12/2020. I have used the Tracking since 11/12/2020 and it still states that they are awaiting the delivery. Now PayPal has emailed me on 15/12/2020 saying the Hermes have updated their website to indicate that the item is delivered on 16/12/2020. Contacted Hermes and they are still awaiting delivery of the item to them. This company is surely a scam!! How can PayPal support them?? Will I ever get the item or refund? Who knows? Diabolical!!

Terrible, item stays as processing. Don't respond to emails. DO NOT USE. I assume the positive reviews are lucky or fake!
Fortunately they use Paypal so have requested a resolution and refund through them.

Worst customer service I have ever known. Ordered 2 ipads over 2 weeks ago and not heard anything since. They've not been dispatched and I can't get anybody to respond to my emails. There is no contact number in which I can actually speak to somebody. It's been 6 days since I sent my last email and I've not recieved a response. They've taken my money but supplied me with nothing and I can't even get a refund. Buyer beware. Pay a few quid more and buy from a trustworthy seller!

This company does not stock high-end products like Apple or Samsung! They show as in stock on their website but really they source them from elsewhere as you purchase them.
This will leave your order with a status of "processing" for many weeks.
Save yourself the hassle and buy from a recommended retailer.
They are simply Chinese con merchants.

No tracking number after 16 days of chasing. No response to e-mails, Facebook Messenger or PayPal case. Elevated my 'case' to a 'dispute' with PayPal and got refund from them straight away. Coincidentally, TB sent me an email the day after I got my refund to say they had cancelled the order because the item was out of stock. Not to be trusted!

Do not use this company - we are better than this and expect a base level of decent customer service for our hard-earned money!

It took 20 days from order to delivery from China via Hong Kong and London. SF tracking slow to update. I saved 30% at time of order, 15% at time of delivery, against UK lowest prices. Excellent Samsung tab A sim/wifi works well. If price important, use this site. For instant gratification, buy elsewhere.

I have the same problem, they tell me the tablet has been sent, but the tracking information is just made up. They say it was dispatched 10 days ago, but when I look at the courier dates it say "delayed due to unforseen circumstances" this is then repeated
for 4 consecutive days. Courier company's don t give this type of information, it's either, they have it or it's dispatched or it's waiting customs clearance.

They don't reply to emails either.

I have now asked PayPal for a refund, but I have to waite till January before they will do anything.
