For weeks now I haven't been able to…
For weeks now I haven't been able to access the today card app nor online site. Had no trouble in the past paying my bill. Now I'm over due on my payment and gotten an email from them with a link that takes me to a site I never seen before and let's me know how much I owe them but with no access to see why. This is becoming a BS situation now that I have been Trying to access my account information. I have tried several times reloading the app but still only get a blank orange screen. Wth?

My new card was mailed to a previous…
My new card was mailed to a previous address and I called in today to try and have them change my address. They refused to do so and told me I have to send my license and a piece of mail into them. I asked if they have a safeguard certification to see if my information will be handled properly and they told me no they are not certified. They have no secure link to send the requested information in to and that i just send it in to a random location. I do not feel comfortable with this whatsoever. I was willing to give my information over the phone and they told me no. I asked for a copy of my billing statement so I could make a payment and they didn't give me one. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and all to the credit bureaus to report this. I am not happy and I refuse to let this company ruin my credit.

There is a payment card called "Today" from the company Today Financial by XTM Inc. for employees in the restaurant/hospitality industry. If you are having a tip out issue, you'll need to contact them for resolution. Our company is "Today Card®" and our product is the Today Card® Mastercard® credit card which does not have a tip out function. We hope this clears up any confusion!

I called customer service because i didnt receive my credit card in the mail and so the customer representative was polite and understanding and blocked the 1st card and sent me another replacement card now i received the 2nd card and activated my card to start enjoying the benefits.

Never have any issues with you guys. I am traveling for work now and have to buy my own tickets and get reimbursed from the company. Made a purchase had trouble with another card and switched to my today card and it went through without a problem.
