Easy to order, amazing description

I received impeccable customer service! I started the product about 1.5 weeks ago so it's early to say much but I can say that from the first day I saw that it worked in my digestion. I am trying this product with the aim of detoxifying from past medications that have caused damage to my health. Hoping to have finally found what will help me. I will report back in a few months for more information.

Todicamp refunded my total purchase and shipping price, and I am very grateful. But they did not ask me before downgrading the shipping company, nor did they offer to refund the $22 difference between the shipping I chose and the price of downgraded shipping until I emailed them asking if they would refund it.

Without first consulting me, Todicamp changed the delivery company and delivery type from the one I had chosen because it provides tracking information within Mexico to another that provides no tracking information once the package leaves the US. Unfortunately it has now been 2 months since the package was shipped, and I have not received it. I have emailed Todicamp to ask for a full refund.

Note that I have been unable to verify Todicamp's claim that they would investigate my case (as they stated in their response to this review). They have not responded to my email asking about this, nor have they provided any other help.**

I placed my first ever order for delivery to Mexico, and had several issues with todicamp customer service. One of these issues is still ongoing 1 month after placing my order.

Shortly after placing the order, I received an email stating that my address was too long, and telling me I needed to make it shorter. As my address is standard for my region of Mexico and cannot be shortened, and as I have previously received US shipments from the very same shipper I chose at the very same address, I felt confused by this email. I wrote back asking for more details: hadn't there been an optional 2nd line for the address in the todicamp online order form? Couldn't they use that 2nd line for part of my address? Would they please give me details about how many lines I could use and how long each line could be? I received a reply saying that my address included 4 words, and that I needed to make it shorter. I received another couple emails with screenshots of apparent examples of how my address was not fitting, examples that showed my street address, city, state, country, and zip code all on the same line. I did not find these emails helpful, and did not receive answers to the questions I had asked. In the end I just received an email that my package had been sent out.

Upon closer examination, I noticed they showed the shipment had been send via US Postal Service rather than the express shipper I had paid for. I was not asked whether this change would be acceptable, I was just informed it had been made. Unfortunately I had specifically chosen expedited shipping (and paid a lot extra for it) because I did not want to use US Postal Service. With USPS, tracking information seems not to exist once a package enters Mexico, and I have completely lost US packages in the past because of this (as well as the money I paid for them).

When I first realized the shipper had been switched, I wrote an email asking 1) was my shipment still express? and 2) would todicamp please refund any price different between the shipping I had paid for and the shipping they had used. 1) The reply came back that my shipment was no longer express, but would take 7-12 business days. An included explanation stated that US Postal Service was the only shipper todicamp could locate that would accept my address. Interestingly I have previously received packages from the US at the same address with the same shipping company I had chosen. 2) The todicamp reply also said that if I would send them my PayPal account, they would reimburse me $22. Since I had not paid via PayPal originally, I again wrote stating that fact and asking whether they could please just issue the refund to my original method of payment. I did sucessfully receive this refund after this, but I was left wondering whether the refund would have been issued to me had I not asked and followed up with todicamp.

After all was said and done, having thanked todicamp for their help, I received an email saying I was very welcome, with "hope we deserve a good review." This seemed rather strange to me after all the back and forth I'd needed to do, with the issues I have described herein. I did receive another email saying todicamp appreciated my patience, and was giving me a 15% off discount code for use "on your next order."

Unfortunately, 1 month has now passed since I placed my order and I have still not received it. Tracking information shows no movement since entering Mexico. When I ask todicamp for help, I am told I must contact my local postal company. When I ask my local postal company for help, I am told they need a tracking number. When I ask todicamp for a tracking number, they do not have one that is valid within Mexico. And so I wait. It may be that eventually I will receive my package, but my previous experience does not suggest much possibility.

Excellent, fast shipping

I have been using the Milk Thistle Oil every day for about 45 days. I have taken internally and applied to skin and hair. My hair was very dry and so was my skin. The results are wonderful and I will continue to use these and add other items.
