Great service from tog team as usual nice top good fit well pleased

I really like the jacket having returned my usual size for a smaller one- should have gone down two sizes as it’s still very big. But I’m not prepared to pay return and reorder postage so it will do!!!
Perhaps you should say size down rather than relaxed fit!

I am very pleased with my rain jacket, it is a good fit and great value, the service was excellent and arrived on the date advised

I recently purchased a Craven packable jacket as a present for my wife, the quality of the item seems good but the sizing is a bit odd. My wife is size 8 - 10 so I ordered a 10 as its to go over other clothing.
When she tried it on it is a bit snug across the shoulders and the arm length is short, this is very odd as she is only 5ft 1 and is quite slight. We thought a size 12 might be the answer.
We then looked at the returns policy and the problems really started. Having paid £3.95 for delivery the cost of returning the item is also £3.95, and there is no option for exchanging for a different size. We would have to place a new order and and pay postage again and if that wasn't okay then pay another £3.95 to return it.
At this point I would be nearly £16 (almost half the cost of the item) down with nothing to show for it. So we decided to keep the jacket although I'm not sure how often it will get worn when its not comfortable.
I appreciate returns are a pain but if you are selling clothing on line the service has to be better than this. I have ordered from Tog24 before and find their products good but I won't do this again unless I am certain on sizing. We don't have any stores near us so returning that way is not an option.
Had I read the returns policy before buying, I would probably not have made the purchase and in my view many others would feel the same.

I was looking for a reasonably priced insulated padded jacket when visiting Keswick after scouring the many outdoor clothing shops I found myself in Tog24 and found the Gibson insulated padded jacket for £42.00. I was really pleased with my purchase as it fitted well and could feel the warmth.

We asked for our delivery to be rescheduled for the 24th September as we are not in the country. This has been ignored and it was just left on the doorstep??? We have not accepted it or signed for it . Cancel the order and get it picked up from the doorstep please if it’s still there . Shocking service for a £200 jacket . We will not take responsibility for the poor service

Nice jacket, unfortunately you cannot hang it up as it does not have a loop to hang it up

Have periodically used Tog 24. Disappointed from ordering to delivery took a week. Suppose we get spoiled with other companies delivering much quicker these days. Find Royal Mail sadly lacking, shame you cannot find another competitive company for better delivery. Product good as always, thank you. Have you now sold out to another company, different name being used in conjunction with Tog 24?

The Tog24 products fo seem well made, they have a good feel to them, i bought a rainproof jacket in their sale, im delighted with the purchase

Absolutely love this coat! Its the perfect length, size. Stayed dry in the rain, worn and tested on the west coast of Scotland.

The size 12 boots I ordered aren't even close to a 12. Very small compared with other size 12 boots I own. A wasted delivery

was what i expected. Good quality with good stiching

Had to return an item due to a fault. The staff member went out of her way to help me find the receipt, matching up my bank statement with the receipts from that day! Very grateful and really happy with my exchange.

Very impressed , ordered Tuesday ,delivered Wednesday...item very much as described looks good quality and lightweight which was what I wanted...the fact it comes with a little bag to pack away in when not in use is also a bonus...

Good quality soft material for the winter months. Currently at a competitive price. Washed well and as others mentioned it is a generous size.

It's the perfect size and fit for use as my outer layer. I like the colour too. This was bought while on sale so was very good value for money.

Started wearing TOG24 jackets and gilets about 8 years ago and so impressed have I been with the sizing, fabric, and durability that I continue to wear them to this day. The last 2 are a good size and look and feel good. To give you an idea of size, I am 6'5", 54" chest & 42" waist and a size 5XL is the size of choice.
