I booked a 2+1 unit for an event in June this year back in September last year . I paid the requested deposit. Last week they called to say that could no longer honour the booking as a large contract they had ) had extended their booking .They said they could do a larger unit but unfortunately the larger unit won’t fit through our gate .
They promised to send me companies that would help but have yet to honour that promise , in the interim I have been frantically trying to source a toilet unit on one of the busiest weekends of the year and so far with no success .

Apalling service . Won’t darken their door again .

I want to share a troubling experience and very negative impact view I had at the Thurso Harbour toilets in Caithness, which are located along the NC500 route. Today, I took my 6-year-old son, who has a disability, to use the men's restroom. As soon as we walked in and I entered one of the stalls, I could hear two men having sex in the stall next to mine clearto day can hear both having sex in the stall. To make matters worse, I found used condoms in the stall, and within just three minutes, I noticed one of the men peering over the top of the stall where my son and I were. I genuinely believe the owner of these toilets needs to take action—specifically, they should build a wall that goes from the floor to the ceiling and seal off the spy holes in the men's restroom. Everyone deserves the right to use the toilet in privacy, without the fear of being watched or recorded. What happened today at the Thurso Harbour toilets was terrifying for both my son and me. As we were leaving to head back to our car, I saw two guys in their twenties rush out after spotting us. Just yesterday, when my wife, my kids and I stayed in Wick, we noticed that the public toilets there had full CCTV coverage both inside and outside. This is exactly what Thurso needs, as the current state of the toilets by the harbour is very off-putting. Having two men engaging in sexual activity in a public restroom is incredibly disturbing. I know I won’t be returning to those toilets again, and I’m sharing this negative experience to warn other men who might use them. Be cautious, as there could be someone in the stall next to you trying to look through the gaps or even recording you. The owners need to take immediate action to ensure that the walls between the stalls are solid from floor to ceiling, preventing anyone from making holes to spy or take illegal pictures of innocent people just trying to use the restroom.

The ownership of this property need to listen to people badly about what is going on with the toilets they owner of as very badly off putting for anyone else

I think we really need to take a serious look at the negative perception surrounding Google and review websites. It's crucial to highlight the risks associated with these toilets. If you decide to use them, just know that it's at your own risk. For instance, the men's toilets have these spy holes that allow you to see straight into the other stall.

I have witnessed a member of the staff from this company bully and intimidate other road users in West Sussex today. The driver chose to pull out in front of other vehicles when he did not have right of way, and proceeded to then get out of his vehicle to shout abuse at other road users.

I shall never use this company and will actively advise others against user them too. If one member of staff can be so truly awful and abusive to members of the public, what sort of service could they possibly be providing?

Very law standards. No health and safety protocols.
The agreement was that toilets+ would service the toilet at least once a week. After they missed the servicing, 9 days later they said they are unable to service it every week. Pathetic. Changed the company. Avoid

Healthmatic toilets in galway a disgrace, blocked, wet, no toilet paper and all for 20c rip off. If county councils or public money are funding then standards are atrocious, if permission to place them then atrocious and please up your game

2 kids ended up going outside as safer, there are so man6 people who need to access these toilets so there needs to be more done for summer

Your toilets are so old

We needed a loo for a one day event in the middle of a locked wood 30+ minutes from home. I had requested delivery on Friday, collection on Monday with an hour's notice to give me time to get there. Collection on the Monday was especially important as I was leaving for holiday as soon as the loo was collected. All email correspondence referred to collection on the Monday although I do now see that the invoice referred to collection 'W/c Monday...'.

Delivery worked perfectly. Collection did not happen on the Monday and I'm not sure I would have heard at all if I hadn't phoned to check. I was 'squeezed in' at 7.30am on Tuesday. It meant I was a day late leaving on holiday (and I lost money on my booking).

I would re-use Toilets+ again but it has made me very wary of checking that all details are confirmed in all paperwork/correspondence.

Website was good and when phoning the experience was excellent. Toilet delivered, cleaned and removed on time. The on hold ‘music’ made me laugh every time.

Cheapest that we have found locally. They are very efficient and the staff I have dealt with have all been very friendly.

Site was off the beaten track with tight acess, but toilet was delivered with no problem, weekly clean was always on time, with polite and thorough staff

The loo was delivered on time and the servicing was done regularly despite our house being down a fairly long winding track. The toilet was collected early by mistake but actually this fitted well with our situation as the number of builders had reduced and the main work is finished.

The entire process from start to finish was excellent, from the initial enquiry call and booking the toilet to delivery and collection. Every member of the team was pleasant and helpful and the paperwork was very straight forward. Thanks to the team for making it so easy!
