Tokeet (Advance.cm) is unfortunately riddled with bugs, making it unstable and in some cases unusable. Additionally, they advertise integrations that they do not have, and many small features require hefty subscriptions. For instance, to offer a coupon code to guests, you cannot simply use tokeet's built in websites or widgets, but rather must subscribe to an entirely different piece of software at bare minimum $14.99/month. Why not just allow coupons via the tools you already paid for?
Additionally, their support is wildly inconsistent, from team members that always solve problems, to team members like Michael who seem to not only not have a firm grasp on the software, but also provide incorrect information, like dead email addresses to the corporate office. I suggest anyone reading this filter for negative reviews of this company and read the company responses, they will give you an idea of what kind of company you are working with. Many are snarky and wildly unprofessional.
Update: It's odd that Tokeet would lie and say we are still using their platform in the response to this review, as we cancelled all services yesterday.

What a great team!
The software is very complete, so you have to learn to use it, but the team is always there to help on the chat. Highly recommended.
Excellent support from the Tokeet team! They responded promptly and resolved my issue efficiently. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Tokeet owns websites which host fraudulent listings and do not respond…
A third party created a fraudulent listing for a property I manage, using photos and descriptions without permission. The listing was published on a website named WebReady and owned by Tokeet.
We contacted the person who created the site and WebReady and Tokeet directly, multiple times, and received no response. There was no takedown, no acknowledgment, and no explanation of where the data came from.
For a company operating in property distribution, this lack of basic verification, accountability, and responsiveness is unacceptable.
Renters should avoid booking through sites powered by Tokeet.
This is a follow-up to my initial review, in response to Tokeet’s public reply below.
Their response does not address the actual issue.
This was not a fraudulent listing on Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com. The fraudulent listing was published on a standalone website hosted via WebReady, a company owned and operated by Tokeet.
Despite multiple direct notifications sent to both Tokeet and WebReady, there was no response, no investigation, and no takedown.
The website was taken offline only after Amazon Web Services intervened following a formal abuse report. Tokeet and its subsidiary WebReady took no visible action before or after that intervention.
Presenting themselves as a passive infrastructure provider does not explain why a Tokeet-owned subsidiary hosts fraudulent websites, ignores abuse reports, and leaves resolution to an external hosting provider.
This is a failure of accountability, not a channel verification issue.

We’ve been using Tokeet for several years to manage our Airbnb listings and overall workflow, and it’s been a solid, reliable platform for us. It handles multi-listing management well, automations save a lot of time, and it integrates smoothly with Airbnb for day-to-day operations.
No PMS is perfect, but Tokeet has consistently been stable and does what it’s supposed to do. We’ve built our processes around it and it’s become an important part of our hosting setup. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would recommend it to other hosts managing multiple properties.

Fakhar was quick to respond, and knowledgebale of the situation. Representatives like him are what make using Tokeet easy and valuable
support is really superb - theyre available almost immediately, very helpful & kind. rarely had better support with a tool
tokeet is great i used it for 3 years and they have upgrade the system a lot and has many features. It is value for money and the best is when Fakhar (along with the rest of the team) is available to resolve any tech issues. They also have an app which works quite well. if it was not good i would not still be around 3 years on.
Tokeet has been amazing to use especially for my first short stay rental. The help is second to none and are always willing to fix any issues I have. I wouldn't be able to do this without using this channel manager
There was a one-night duplicate villa booking due to the high demand during the festival season in Thailand in December. As a result, the system experienced an overlapping reservation. Tokeet promptly assisted in resolving the issue, and the matter was successfully corrected in a timely manner.
Very professional staff beside in channel manager comes with a way lot manny features than manny others available on the market. My occupancy rate increase significantly. Thank you guys

I have used various channel managers over the years but now consistently stick with Tokeet! They have fantastic customer service to help whenever needed. All the functions and features you might want plus always being developed further. Highly recommended.
